  I had been researching Timeshare exit companies for some time when I found Guardian. Of course, I was skeptical. I had heard about the many scams involved with this process so I hesitated for some time. I finally decided to take my chances with Guardian. The process took a bit longer than I expected but they were true to their word and I no longer have to worry about this timeshare. Everyone was very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. I received my recorded deed transfer just a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Guardian for the great job!

  We purchased our timeshare when we were on a trip to Las Vagas. We received a correspondence in the mail from RCI after we purchased tickets to a nascar race in the spring of 2013. Our son had just recently moved to the east coast and altho we were not sure about buying a timeshare we agreed to attend their seminar. Boy what a scam! I think back now what liars. We were there for a while letting them fill our heads with all what could be. All of a sudden I looked around and we were the only ones there. My husband got up to go to the restroom only to come back to find me signing the contract. We walked out with a timeshare called The Riverview Resort in Massachusetts. They gave us some gift cards that I spent hours trying to activate and never did. We tried calling the phone numbers they gave us, Nope, no response. Then RCI wanted money, then the resort wanted money every year just before the holidays. The dues kept going up. We talked about not paying and just letting it go. No, they threatened to put a lean on our property where we live. The resort was hit by a hurricane twice and was in need of repairs so the dues went way up. We started looking for people to buy. No body wanted it and our children didn't either. A gentleman named Paul called one day to offer his services to help me put the timeshare up for sale on a web site. Of course practically every unit at Riverview was up for sale. We didn't get any bites. We also attended some exit seminars. Another scam! One day Amber from Guardian Group called. We were nervous. But she was very helpful and was telling me everything was going to be alright. We knew it would cost some money to get out of this mess and it would take some time, but she assured me it was going to work this time. And it did! Between Amber from Guardian and Katina from Express closing, both of them together kept in touch with us each step of the way. We are now free from our timeshare commitments. It took only a year. Thank you for everything!!!

  We purchased our Timeshare in 06 with the intentions of using it on a regular basis. The time share is in Missouri and we live in Tennessee, as with all stories we were involved in Life. Time pasted as did the love of my life, seven years ago. I have no interest in traveling alone, I can be miserable at home a lot cheaper than I can in a resort by my self. I tried many times to sell the timeshare with no success, even getting taken advantage of. I was contacted by Amber T. of the Guardian Group, she explained everything to me. I decided to use their services to get out of the timeshare business. It took a few months, it is not cheap, but I don't have to worry about the yearly fees, and I don't have to worry about leaving this burden to my children. I am timeshare free. I have no reservation of recommending the Guardian Group to anyone, they did just what they said they would do. A special thank you to Ms. Amber T.

  We had purchased a Timeshare back in 1998 on a trip to Disney World with our kids, enjoyed the Resort and thought that we would use it on a regular basis with other Family members and/or Friends. But as with other things Life gets in the way and schedules change and you pay the monthly fee for the purchase and yearly maintenance and tax fees and not being able to use the Resort as much, then 20+ years later reality sets in and the big question looms of how do we get rid of The Contract? The biggest concern was to not let our children or Estate be on the hook if something would happen to my Wife or myself while still owning the Property.
  
  We contacted the Guardian Group via Amber T. Visited/listened to the recording and decided that this was the company to rescue us from the Timeshare Contract. The Process was very easy as we had all our paperwork and contract information. Questions on the phone were helpful in filling out documents. A big thank you to Andrea, Kimberly and Isaac for their consistent guidance. We received our Final Relief Letter shortly after Thanksgiving and felt like it was an early Xmas Gift. The process was well within the 12-18 month time period that was stated in the original agreement. We would strongly recommend the Guardian Group.
