    I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the misleading information provided in the rental property listing for *** **** ********* ******* Bear, DE 19701 and the subsequent misinformation regarding your pet policy.
    On March 29, 2024, I came across your rental listing for the aforementioned property, which explicitly stated that pets were accepted. This was a significant factor in my decision to apply for the rental unit. Encouraged by the information provided in the listing, I promptly submitted two applications and paid $70.00 total for the required application fee.
    However, upon further communication with your representative, I was informed that my application was denied due to the property not actually accepting pets. This discrepancy between the information provided in the listing and the actual policy was not only misleading but also led to wasted time and financial resources on my part.
    As a prospective tenant, I trust that the information provided in rental listings is accurate and reflects the policies of the property. It is unacceptable that such misinformation would be conveyed, causing inconvenience and frustration to potential tenants.
    I request a full refund of the application fees paid, as well as an explanation for the discrepancy between the rental listing and the actual pet policy of the property. I tried to resolve this matter by phone but unfortunately not, so I will try this method and hope to be successful. Moving forward, I urge you to ensure that all rental listings are accurate and transparent to avoid similar issues for future applicants.

    Special clauses 1) No smoking 2) Tenant responsible for all utilities including gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, cable and internet 3) Tenant responsible for lawn and snow removal 4) Pets are welcome with owner approval and pet deposit 5)”

    Representatives claiming to be from "Ideal Property Solutions" are cold calling myself and my partner repeatedly. They are asking to purchase the home we are living in.

    We have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list but there has been no change to the incoming calls we receive.

    This demonstrates a basic lack of human decency and wholeheartedly unethical business practices.

    If I could rate 0 stars I would - they are likely abusing their call systems.

    We are receiving calls from 4 different phone #s I am happy to provide in a secure manner
