  Just like many other reviews, I was scammed by this business. The associate was nice and helpful but now I realize it was just to rip us off, we were charge more than double for perfume that could have been bought online under the guise of getting a good deal and extra discount. We weren't gone from the store more than 30-45 mins before we decided to look up the cost online and realized just how rediculous it was to pay $535 for 3 bottles of perfume/cologne. So we turned around before leaving the mall and of course they have a "no refund policy".

  Absolutely a great experience. I went in for the first time and was greeted with professionalism and kindness. Staff was extremely attentive and i bought 3 colognes for myself and 2 for my wife. They gave me a nice Bogo deal and I couldn’t refuse. I love a good fragrance store

  Had an AMAZING experience with this business. I needed fragrances for my wedding gifts and was on a strict budget. They completely took care of me and had me spend less than I planned. They made my wedding way more special and I can’t thank them enough. What a warm heart the staff have

  DO NOT SHOP HERE. I purchased 2 fragrances and when I wore them the smell lasted 2 hrs. The product is not authentic or has been sitting around a long time. I will go back to the large chain perfume store in the future. I wanted to support the smaller stores and ended up wasting money.

  I went into Perfume Point on 4-3-2023 to look around when the cashier asked if I needed help. He proceeded to show me the “most popular” cologne out right now. He convinced me that the colognes were 50% off and he encouraged me to purchase two different colognes since there was a sale going on. He told me the original price would be over three hundred dollars for both colognes. But the discounted price came to $280.00 for both. After I made the purchase and left the store I felt something was not right. So I looked online and seen that those colognes run for far less than what I was charged. The purchase price online on multiple sites and in stores was no more than $100 or less. Which means that I was over charged $80 by Perfume Point and I believe this was done purposely. I would at least like a full refund or what I was over charged. This was a scam and I feel that I was taken advantage of. Thank you for taking the time out to read my complaint.
