    The seller shipped the wrong item. I returned the item but the seller refused to provide a refund because I shipped back the "wrong" product, the wrong product being the wrong product they sent me in the first place. They then refused to even ship back the product, so I'm out of pocket by over $200 and don't even have a product to show for it. I believe this is called theft!

    I bought a monitor from this company on Amazon, and had to return it (wrong monitor), They held back my refund (I only received the tax, losing 90% of my money). Their explanation? They claimed that I returned a different model and Serial# and thus refunded zero to me. A claim so false it is in fact not possible, as I did not / do not HAVE the same model monitor to even try that. I took it out of the box and same day put the (same) monitor back in the box and paid (postage out of pocket) to return it to them. Weeks go by, no refund, and then when I inquire with Amazon they reply with the above fiction. This amounts to theft by them upon me. Used my bosses credit card to buy this monitor and now I am on the hook for it as they scammed me out of 90% of my money, and they have the (new, correct & original) monitor I returned to re-sell to some other unsuspecting dupe. So buyer beware. Awful awful seller.

    Business abuses Amazon's affiliate program for profit. For example, Amazon's warehouse has 3 Computer Case enclosures selling for $289. Triplenet will buy out these last few cases so that they can appear as the default affiliate seller at a higher price point than Amazon (usually 10%-40% increased price). Highly suspect seller creates fake reviews to drown out all of their unhappy 1 star customers. Business also frequently cancels/refunds purchases with no reason. I feel as though these orders get cancelled because they don't actually have the item in hand that they list for sale. Please investigate this shady business preying on people who aren't savvy enough to know this person is abusing the Amazon affiliate system. Amazon should also be investigated for enabling this predatory practice.

    sent fraudulent merchandise. Not original but fake. 3 weeks trying to get a refund. Philip the owner when asked his last name for Small claims filing says he has none. Flip and clearly has no fear of repercussions for his dishonest business practices. I have reported this to the California attorney general, FTC, credit card company and Amazon where it was bought. It is clear this business should be held accountable. I will do everything I can to make this happens.

    This business is fraudulently listing the full Premier Copper Products catalog of items for sale on its website. We have reached out repeatedly for them to remove our products from their website without success. Do not purchase Premier Copper Products from this company as they are not an authorized retailer of our goods.

    If only I could leave a zero. Don't waste your money! The item leaked out of the base and the coffee pot was cracked upon arrival. I drained the item to return (and it was kept upright for 2 weeks before shipping back) but there still ended up being water in the unit. When I shipped the box back, the UPS center called and wasn't able to ship it back because IT WAS STILL LEAKING. Customer service was less than helpful and the process was incredibly frustrating. Still waiting on my refund for this piece of garbage! Not surprised to see so many 1 star reviews!
