    This company sold us an ink cartridge that they claimed was a Canon product. But when our printer began to experience problems, Canon reported to us that it was a counterfeit product. We immediately returned the item, and received a refund, but then we were recharged again a month later, with a claim that they never received the product return. When Amazon confirmed that the item was in fact returned, the company agreed to process a refund, which we have yet to receive. They are now claiming that it wasn't the item they sent us and are refusing to refund the money.

    They shouldn't even get one star. I bought a DeLonghi All-in-One Coffee Maker from them off of Amazon. It was a new unit, but in less that three months the product developed a big crack from the warming plate up the back wall. I contacted DeLonghi since the product was under warranty. They said they would not honor the warranty because the supplier was not an authorized seller. When Amazon contacted Triplenet on my behalf, their only response was that we are unable to process a return more than 30 days after delivery. When I purchased the coffee maker, they disclosed NO RETURNS on the Amazon site, so I wasn't asking to return it. I wanted a replacement. But, Triplenet does not disclose that neither DeLonghi nor Triplenet would honor the warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

    I purchased what I thought was a multi-pack of canned dog food, supposedly marked down on a Walmart site from $63.94 to $8.69. What arrived a few days later was a single can. My immediate complaint to Walmart was rewarded by a refund, followed by a message from Triplenet Pricing thar the price was $8.69 per 13 ounce can. I hope that Walmart takes them to task for the highly misleading listing.

    I ordered a De'Longhi all in one combination coffee maker and expresso machine. I did not realize it was through a third party or I never would have purchased it. When I received it, it was USED. I had no idea they even sold used coffee makers. It was obviously used for a long time as the frothier tip has burned white milk on it and the warmer has burn marks on it. The entire machine was dusty and just disgusting. I would venture to say it does not even work.
    Contacting them does not good. They just said I ordered it used, which I have no way to prove I did not, and no refund is available. They just wash their hands of the nasty machine they sent.

    Thank goodness for Amazon accepting responsibility for their other sellers.
    Buyers beware when ordering from Amazon, really watch who is actually selling and stay away from companies like this. They may get me once, but never again.

    Order was through Amazon.

    Seller has committed four (04) violations of the Federal Trade Commission. Two (02) to me and two (02) to another person that I know personally in the last 30 days.

    Very shady company. Sent me a defective product that was not in warranty because it was a Canadian product not supposed to be sold in the US. They charged me to ship the product back and a restock fee.

    I ordered a CD player from Amazon sold by Triplenet Pricing. This item was not new, did not sound good and I returned it. My refund was less than what I paid and Triplenet charged "return shipping" on this defective item. I can not find that there is a return charge disclosure on Amazon for this item and after calling Triplenet, they admitted that there was no disclosure that they would charge for a returned defective item. Triplenet refused to refund the amount they charged for return shipping so they deserve this review.

    I purchased a $50 networking part from Triplenet on Amazon a few weeks ago. The part I received was used and didn't work properly. I returned this through Amazon and Triplenet charge a restocking fee equal to the price of the item.

    Triplenet is active on most major online markets and has horrible reviews everywhere because of their business practice.

    I ordered the arc a770 through Amazon, before the product was even in my possession I had requested a return/refund because I did research after purchasing it that it would not be compatible with my computer. Once the package came, I immediately returned it to the sender. Without opening it may I add.
    And this company has the audacity to say it’s a different sin number than the one that we sent.
    It is literally physically impossible for that to be the case as it’s the exact same product that was sent to me and sent back to them.
    They are refusing to reimburse me the money that I am owed. There goes $700.
    Avoid this company at all cost. As one of the previous reviews said this is theft.

    I ordered a room fan on Amazon. The seller was Triplenet Pricing, Inc,.
    The fan is quiet, but not powerful enough to cool a medium size room as advertised. I did not find it powerful enough to change the comfort level in EVEN A SMALL BEDROOM! I am disappointed that the product description was so misleading and that I have to go to the trouble of returning the fan. But what I discovered about the RETURN POLICY was really upsetting.

    I purchased this item from Triplenet Pricing. There was no return policy on the product listing, only that the shipping was Free. This is the Triplenet Pricing RETURN POLICY stated in the return instructions:

    "Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. Shipping charges are nonrefundable once your order has been shipped. If your items qualified for Free Shipping, the outbound and return shipping costs incurred by Triplenet Pricing will be deducted from your refund. If your item is not received in the brand new condition as it was a restocking fee from up to 60% will be applied."

    SO, the reality of the situation is that I am expected to pay not only for the return shipping, but I am also expected to REIMBURSE Triplenet Pricing for the original "FREE" shipping charge. And all this on an item I would not have ordered without such MISLEADING PRODUCT INFORMATION! I should not be expected to pay for the return of a product that was not accurately advertised!
