    I purchased a bag from mlouye.com on March 9th for $526.50. It was back ordered and was expected to be shipped on March 23rd. I emailed the business on the 24th asking for an update and they didn’t respond. I commented on their instagram page about their lack of customer service when someone from their team messaged me on instagram right away and asked for my email to respond to me. I gave them my email. They said they will mail my bag on Tuesday March 28th and it will be delivered by April 10th. I waited to see if they’ll send me a tracking number but nothing so I sent an email on April 1st asking for an update. Another email on the 5th with no response. Finally I messaged them on the instagram account telling them I’ll be reporting them to BBB if I don’t receive my order by EOD April 10th. No response and no bag.
