      I contacted ******* when my kitchen drain backed up on Friday. He responded and stated he would be out to clear it asap. He did snake the drain and poured acid into the lines. He stated it would be cleared in 4hrs and we wrote him a check for $356. After the 4 hours the drain was not clear and it caused the main sewer line to be clogged. I text ******* multiple times and he assured me he would be out to fix the issue but he would not give me an ETA. The sewer drain backup started late Friday night, I contacted him on Saturday and he did not arrive to my house again until Monday evening around 4pm. He attempted to clear the main sewer line but he did not. He stated he needed to remove the toilet to get to the clog but he left and did not return. He is not retuning any text from me. I had to get another plumber to clear the sewer line.
      My family was left without use of any drains for over 72 hours. We could not use the toilets, washer, showers or sinks. The toilets overflowed twice and caused significant water damage to the bathroom, laundry room and air duck ( there is a floor vent in the bathroom that the water flowed into). I used all my towels to clean up the overflow and had no washer to clean them with.
