    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I signed up for a trial of the product, and on the first day I emailed and requested to cancel. I never used their software/product and did not receive a refund for the purchase in 2023 as requested.  They did send a refund for the 2024 charge which was because the annual subscription billing continued and charged my credit card again.THe 2023 charge needs to be refunded as the advertising was for a trial of the software and I did communicate right away that I would like the account canceled as I realized the software was not the right fit for me. The emails were shown in my original case filed.

    I received an email receipt for 2023 but no receipt or notification for 2024 that I would be billed or that I was billed.

    Thank you for reaching out. I understand your concerns, and I’d like to provide some clarity regarding your situation.
    Based on the details you've shared, I can confirm that in August 2023, you signed up for Passion.io and requested a cancellation shortly after. However, you also opted for a retention offer at that time, which allowed your account to remain active at a discounted rate. As a result, your account continued to be billed for annual renewals.
    The charge on August 2, 2024, for $948 was for your annual renewal, which was automatically processed based on your active account. Since you had previously accepted the retention offer, your account did not close as expected, leading to this renewal.
    I want to confirm that I’ve processed a refund for the most recent payment of $948 as a one-time courtesy, and it should be reflected on your account within 5-10 business days.

    I have been paying this company for 2 years. They built an app for me.
    At the beginning they were hosting my content and you could freely download all fo your content.
    This was excellent for me, now though they didnt communicate that they no longer allow people to download their content back, the result is that they now own my Intellectual property.

    This also means if I want to keep my IP I have to continue to pay them year in and year out. So they are holding my IP hostage.

    I spoke with their support, and nobody cares to get back to me or find a solution. I want my IP back without being forced to pay your fees, or failing that I want a full refund of all the money I have paid to date which is worth way less than my IP.

    My complaint, started right away when I purchased the product in March of 2023. This application promised that we can put it on our websites and sell our courses directly from the website to the app seamlessly. I had problems immediately with the purchasing process after I put up my courses on the site. It did not work. I spoke to them at least 5 times to correct the issue because their payment system didn't work on the app. The sign-up did not work on the app and we tested it over and over. I had friends who purchased it with the same issues.

    I spoke to them many times, and each time I spoke to them, they gave me the runaround about why that system didn't work, they wanted me to pay for Google and Apple application service, but that is not why I purchased the app. Again to pay more money for this because what they promised they did not deliver.

    They never fixed the problem, and they were forcing me to do the system that they wanted me to do versus giving what they promised. Then they told me I had to set up a free course to make it work. I would then have to put automation via email together to sell the paying courses, and then people could buy this way. All of which cost enormous money to set up and hire someone to do. And in the end, they just kept giving me constant excuses, one after the other, of why this didn't work.

    That is not what they promised when I purchased and I have wasted countless hours. I asked for my money back. They would not and refused to give me any option except to pay more even though they have all the recordings of all the conversations and all my complaints which they didn't care to reference. This is an online business scam in my opinion.

    I'm contacting you because this is not right, and they should not do what they're doing to consumers like myself. I made an effort to try to work within the system that they promised me, and they kept bringing other things I had to pay for to fix their problem with their service.
