    I’m not here to bad mouth this company's reputation because they have really nice watches and I like how affordable they are, but I ordered a gold leather watch from the stardust collection on their website that was defective. When I received the watch the wind wouldn’t work to set the time so I contacted customer service via email in which they responded fairly quick. They told me to send in a video to show them what’s wrong with the watch in which I did and they sent me a return label to send the watch back and get a replacement. I sent the watch back and contacted them via email with proof of the tracking information and delivery of the watch to their return station.It’s been two weeks as I’m currently typing this and I’ve heard nothing back from them. I tried contacting their support again via email and nothing. I tried calling their customer service number and anytime I would call it would always say their are no agents at this time.Like I said I’m not here to bad mouth their company because I really like their collection of watches, but I just wish they had better customer service that’s available to help customers concerns and for them to get in contact with me so I can get my watch.

    I ordered a plain band. 42mm. They sent me a frosted band that was 45mm. I sent back the wrong band they sent me and got the other one. I have been waiting for this 42mm silver band for 2 mo tha now. Emails have been poor. Same “I’m sorry…” but when I asked for tracking and to speak to someone higher. They haven’t gotten back to me in about a week when they were At least sending a response every other day it seemed.
