    On January 11, 2024, I went to Chrysler Carman Dodge with the intent to purchase a reliable vehicle. I made a purchase in the amount $65,382 including taxes, tags & document fees for a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. However, unbeknownst to me, I purchased a lemon. I contacted the sales manager on January 13, 2024, letting him know I no longer wanted the vehicle as it was not conducive to my disability. He told me that "I signed a contract and that's my vehicle, I'm stuck with it, and they don't undo deals." January 15th, 2024, four days after purchase, I had the very first problem when the vehicle wouldn't start. Since the date of purchase through present, I have taken my vehicle back to the service department on 4 different occasions. I have spoken to the salesman, sales manager, general manager, and the service manager, no one has been able to assist with the return of the Jeep. In turn, I have gotten the run around, yelled at, and my concerns completely disregarded. I would like to get all of money returned, so that I can go elsewhere and purchase a reliable vehicle. I feel like I was deceived, by the salesman, sales manager and general manager. I had made the salesman aware of my disability and he knew that I would have an issue getting in and out of the car. However, he still pushed the vehicle on me.

    Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Jan 11, 2024 workaholic7467 ER DODGE JEEP! On at least 4 occasions, I brought my 2017 Ram Longhorn in for a failure of my air suspension system. My truck lowers completely down to its lowest point, giving a ride similar to driving a fork truck down the road. A number of major and expensive parts were changed and supposedly numerous troubleshooting tests were performed to no avail. I asked the service dept to escalate this repair to STAR. They refused to follow up in this way telling me that STAR usually recommends things that they know how to figure out on their own. Ego and pride prevented them from asking for help. With me having the same problem within hours of leaving the dealership every time,they told me that they could contact a regional field rep to come in to troubleshoot. I called theAdditional visits and additional unnecessary parts were put on my truck, wasting money and time in an attempt to get more money from my warranty company. I eventually took my truck to another Dodge dealership in Pennsylvania, where within 3 hrs of them working on my truck they looked at the air suspension bags only to find my driver-side rear suspension air bag had a number of leaks. When I notified Carman Dodge of the other dealership's findings, they told me that this issue had to have started after my last (unresolved) service visit with them. You would think that they would gladly make the repair after their misdiagnoThe service manager, Steve Martino, more or less called me a liar and stated that since he had a long-standing relationship with his technician, he was honest and I was not. He initially stated that I had to pay for the repair, then he later turned around and said they'll do the labor if I BUY THE PARTS. No way with the parts costing $1300.00! The audacity that this dealership has shown me has prompted me to write this email. If you care at all about your money or vehicle, DON'T COME WITHIN MILES OF CARMAN CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE!

    We have talked to this customer about this repair, our offer was for him to buy the part at a cost of $850 and we would install for free. His warranty has expired and customerr is aware of this. Our position wont change and with the posting of a bad review we will not proceed until the review is taken down.
