      I hired Qwintry LLC to consolidate and ship several electronics purchased on eBay. I paid for their highest-tier insurance and entrusted them to handle proper packing for safe delivery.

      The shipment was created on May 2, 2024, but was only shipped on June 26, 2024 after significant delays. Qwintry even refunded part of the shipping cost due to this delay. I received the package on July 17, 2024, and recorded an unboxing video showing:

      One keyboard missing a key

      Another keyboard completely non-functional

      A set of speakers cracked and crushed

      The damage was clearly caused by negligent packaging: the items were placed loose in the box with only kraft paper for protection.

      Qwintry later admitted that at least one keyboard was improperly positioned in the box, which could lead to damage. However, they denied my insurance claim, saying the products were not in their original retail packaging or with “additional protective materials,” which they claim are required for coverage. These requirements were never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

      Instead of offering any monetary compensation for the loss, Qwintry offered me a discount coupon for future services—something I will not use, as I no longer trust their service.

      Resolution Sought:
      I am requesting a partial refund equal to the value of the damaged items, or equivalent monetary compensation, given that:

      I paid for premium insurance and professional packing.

      Qwintry admitted to a packing error.

      The insurance exclusions were not made clear before purchase.

      I have full documentation including:

      Unboxing video showing damage

      Photos of packaging and items

      Correspondence with Qwintry acknowledging the delay and packing error

      I am seeking BBB assistance in obtaining a fair resolution.
