    Beware of this company. I have had to make emergency calls to this company multiple times in a day to get a response for heating and cooling issues. Not to get a call back, but to got a text saying they didn’t any techs available. But you advertise 24 hour service. I had a heating and cooling system they put in two years ago and have add problems with it from almost day one. It was so bad the owner got involved, He said he was going to give me a new system then did not and stopped responding to my messages. I was told the service manager Carson and a tech would come at to my home and check the entire system; never happened and that was in the winter. ( Invoice posted on yelp). I have had other service calls I have placed and appointments made changed and basically told there were other customers were more important so my family and I went without heat for days. Dealing with this company has been a true nightmare and I don’t want anyone to have to deal with this.

    I had Justin come in to fix some broken switches, He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was very professional and cleaned under the replaced switches of the debris from the install, doing so even when I insisted that I would take care of it. He also installed a broken doorbell for me and quoted me for future electrical work.

    I will definitely be calling Liam Services in the future since having an older home means there's always something that needs to be updated.

    So very thankful for Liam Services and Justin! From the first call to the finished product, I couldn't be happier. Main wires ripped from the house. Justin fixed everything, leaving it in much better shape. Kind and professional. If there were 6 stars...

    Extremely Disappointed. We invited Liam services to do a simple disconnect and reconnect service. They provided the service and damaged our equipment during the process. Then they offered to make everything better with a very inflated price. Normally I would not leave a review, many times just not passing a name on speaks volumes, but we were left with broken equipment and a feeling of piracy. It would have been wrong not to speak up and make others aware of this companies tactics. Customers beware of wolves in sheep clothing.

    Absolutely excellent, professional service. From the quote to the installation of our mini split system, everyone we interacted with was helpful, informative, and didn't use any of the typical high-pressure sales tactics. I really appreciated that they wore their face masks when they were in the house, as I'm pregnant and my toddler hadn't been fully vaccinated when they came to do the job.

    I will absolutely be calling them again the next time we need any sort of HVAC service!
