            Contracted to have Complete Lawn Care (CLC) deliver Topsoil and to have workers spread evenly throughout back of house. Total cost of 8 yards of soil, plus delivery and Labor (@$350 per hours) totaled $985. Two deliveries were made, workers spread material to areas that needed it. I paid for the work in the amount contracted. I noticed the next day that there were more rocks than soil. I went to CLC to complain about the quality of the material. She discovered that her contractor gave wrong material. After a couple of encounters, I had asked for a complete refund of my payment. LCL did not want to return any monies but offered to split delivery and labor cost and wrote a check for $492.50 as a final adjustment. Material delivered and spread does not permit grass to grow and creates a severe dust storm when I try to cut grass around the parts of the lawn area.
