    Received a bill for 200.00. Charged my credit card $350. Eastcoast Wifi responded to my email they would issue a refund that i have yet to receive. I can understand why so many complaints.

    Will not answer emails. Cashed my $150 check months ago and did not come to remove equipment. Worst customer service. A gang of thieves!
    East Coast Bought our Delmarva WiFi. We were grandfathered into this poor excuse for a company. Stay away from them!

    Just as Michael O reported, we were given a choice of removing
    the roof receiver(NOT a good thing for 82 year olds) and drive to Middletown to return it,...OR PAY $150 for them to remove it..We paid.but
    6 months later, no luck, no response. nothing.
    I feel a bit sorry for them since Talkie and other hi-speed services
    have probably killed their business, but REALLY, if you run a business you should have some sense of honor and duty to your customer, past or present. DO NOT USE EAST COAST WI-FI.

    I just switched and it cost only 50 dollars a month with no contract. The price is guaranteed for 5 years. I switched from the terrible service of East Coast Wifi to Verizon 5G service. It was easy to hook up. I save a lot of money and over 10 times the speed. The best thing is you are treated like a real person who cares about customer service and have Somone to talk to. This is a new service to the area and tanks to the change in technology so I can now get real wifi.

    If you were surprised and/or ripped off when Delmarva Wifi closed in late 2021 or early 2022, know that the same owner - John Woodfield of Seaford, DE - runs this company, too. (The file # via the DE division of corporations is 3939015 to see an expanded entity record)

    I had plenty of luck reaching out to their customer service department last year - until I asked about the $150 I was owed as part of the dish removal service, as the dish was abandoned and never removed despite my paying for it beforehand. I have had zero luck getting a response, even

    So, buyer beware. Not surprised to see reports of shoddy service and difficulty locating assistance - given the rise of gigabit fiber across the eastern shore outfits like these are facing a huge squeeze.

    Service reliability changed during the 10 months we were with them. Customer service changed too. No longer able to call with a problem, you have to email and wait to see if they respond. They refused to send me a final bill that I requested multiple times.
