    We received great service from Lucas Ramos who works for Horizon Services. He did our annual AC tune-up and was very polite, pleasant and helpful. Gave us tips on how to save money or repairs with things we could do ourselves. He showed photos of our equipment & explained what was going on and how to spot problems. He did a fantastic job! I hope we get him again on our next appointment

    I have called horizon services numerous times to stop texting me. i am getting them every three days. Every time I called I was told I'd be taken off the automatic generating text list. This has not happened. I am at the point of being harassed, and taking action. I am not looking to escalate the situation, but the texting has to stop.

    I had no problem with the service person that came out to my home to services my AC
    He was friendly and answer questions I had.
    I even got a call back from the company if I was satisfied with the services and if I needed anything else from them

    Horizon had installed a new 3.0 ton a/c unit .was told that this unit would really do the job of cooling my house.since it was installed on June 21 2024 the system has not been working unable to reach the set temp of 73 staying between 81 and 80 at times going up instead of lowering .reached out to the company who sent out techs and each tech that showed up gave me different me a different reason why it wasn't performing properly yet the problem has not been resolved .been waiting for a few days for a call so they can work on the problem no call yet.
    I believe it's all a scam and the people who write all of these positive posts are their friends. Been using my own personal window a/c units which been keeping my house a lot cooler. Would like for them to remove this unit
    They definitely do not meet their 5 star guarantees
    Just words printed on paper.

    Have used Horizon for years. Bought a new furnace and ac unit less than a year ago. My kitchen sink and garbage disposal became clogged and leaking under sink. I scheduled an appointment on line for the following day. The appointment was confirmed for 8 am to 12 pm. Received a call the day of appointment to cancel because they were inundated with emergency calls for no water. Well I have no water. I had to turn water off with main valve due to leaking water. I take care of my 94 year old mother who has special menu and bathing needs. Why is my emergency less important than someone else? I called Len the plumber and they came out promptly and fixed our problem. I was going to recommend horizon to a friend who needs a new furnace. Will not be doing that and I will never use or recommend horizon to anyone.

    I am very disappointed at Horizon! I have been a customer and always pay for a twice a year tune up service. I scheduled my AC tune and heat tune up always well in advance and they cancel me the day of during the window period they confirmed the previous evening in a email and text message supposedly due to emergency calls. They offer to reschedule a month or two later each time. They are very unreliable and their dispatchers are very unfriendly and unprofessional. They have no respect for customers and their customer- service is extremely poor. I do not recommend this business at all and advise you to go elsewhere!!

    Pricing is not reliable, they did not honor installation charges for equipment still under warranty. Homeguide pricing for work was `$100 - 300 if still under warranty and $200 - 700 if not under warranty. I was charged $500 still under warranty. Tech was here 1.5 hrs seems like pricing is out of line. My fault for being ignorant.

    I am very disappointed at Horizon! I have been a customer and always pay for a twice a year tune up service. I was scheduled since last May for AC Tune up today and that was paid for already months ago. They cancelled me supposedly due to emergency calls. Now they are offering me a tune up for my AC at the end of August!! almost after the summer will be over and we will be looking into fall and heater tune up. They are very unreliable and their dispatchers are very unfriendly and unprofessional. They have no respect for customers and their customer- service is extremely poor. I do not recommend this business at all.

    *2023 A/C Tune-Up Special* We paid and were owed an A/C Tune-up, because it couldn’t be completed on 10/10/23 due to heater repair. We understood that the heater repair took longer than anticipated and agreed to reschedule next year.

    On 4/13/24, we scheduled our appointment for Monday 5/13/24 from 10am to 2pm.

    On Sunday 5/12/24 afternoon Horizon left a voicemail that they couldn’t come out due to the number of emergency jobs, but available the last week of May 29th. Sunday evening we received a confirmation text that a technician will arrive Monday 5/13/24 10am to 2pm. We called that evening for clarity. They couldn’t honor the original appointment due to emergency calls. We rescheduled for 5/30/24 Thursday 12pm to 4pm.

    On Wednesday 5/29/24, we received a text confirmation for the A/C Tune-Up the next day from 12pm to 4pm.

    Thursday 5/30/24 12pm-4pm, Horizon didn’t show without text or call until almost 5pm, when they left a message about how they were confirming 12pm to 4pm appointment for today. There were no apologies for not being able to honor their original appointment.

    At 5:35pm they left another message that since they couldn’t confirm our appointment for 12pm to 4pm today and that they reached out to us several times that our appointment is now on hold with the next available time in August or September 2024 for our A/C Tune-Up that was supposed to be completed in fall 2023.

    In the past two years, we had a hot water heater replaced, kitchen sink repair, and heater repair. We didn’t have any issues with communication or no shows. We appreciated their warranties, even if we paid a little more.

    After multiple issues to schedule our A/C Tune-Up, we wouldn’t recommend them. Their customer service has gone downhill rapidly.

    With an average 2.3 out of 5 stars on Yelp with many similar customer service complaints, we would look for a company with more courtesy and respect for regular customers instead of the run around to schedule an appointment.

    Technician Andre servicer my AC today.

    He was very helpful! Educated me on the proper way to keep my ac controls, changing of my filters all the way to proper temperature controls. Very pleasant the entire time. Hands down a 10 for his customer service and maintenance. Thank you!
