  The worst!!! Shipping times are terrible and so is their customer service. I ordered something on 12/12 and it took 10 days to pack and ship…now arriving on 12/29 after Christmas. It was a holiday gift and super embarrassing for me to have it show up late. No option for expedited shipping…no explanation. Run from this company!!

  Terrible company nothing but problems awful customer service they don't keep there product on hand I've been waiting almost two weeks and my product hasn't even shipped yet they won't tell me when it will ethier there customer service sends like bots don't use them

  Accidentally placed an order (a mistaken finger on the phone after getting to checkout point) and there is no option to immediately cancel via the site. I emailed to cancel within five minutes of placing the order. I texted to cancel within ten minutes of placing the order. I discovered a live chat option and engaged in live chat within one hour of placing the order…only to be told the order could not be canceled because apparently a vendor in Australia somehow fulfilled the order and got it onto a plane to the United States within one hour. Maybe there’s a whole team of bush pilots out there in the outback who scrambled to attention when my order came through with the singular goal of getting a bottle of tequila onto a FedEx flight. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

  This is by far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE if you want a bottle try to get it directly from the country of origin. I am waiting for a bottle since September 13th.
  
  Buy direct instead, the oversea shipping is worth it every dime. This FROTBAT SHITty company are liars and do not have the answers,; they can't issue a refund and don't recognize they cant find the bottle.
  
  I USE SOMEONE ELSE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

  This company is disreputable. they took my money and failed to ship my item. Then after i threatened them for a week, they held my money for 2 more weeks before refunding. I later found out that the item i purchased experienced a price increase, so they cancelled my order so that they could sell the item at a higher price.

  Wish I could leave no stars. I ordered 2 bottles of ciroc summer colada at the price of $41.99 the order was placed and it said picking and packing for 1 week and a day so I called them to see what the issue was as I was on the phone waiting I went to the website and see the price had changed to $48.99 so they tell me that it will take 2-3 weeks for me to get it I said how do y’all know and how do I know it will still be in stock because it’s a limited edition. They put me on hold again so I waiting they return and said they can either do 2 things I can wait 2-3 weeks or get something in the value of $41.99 I said why I had to get something in equal value when I purchased it at $41.99 before it went up it’s not my fault everyone is purchasing it and now y’all wanna go up I said just refund my money I won’t ever order from y’all again and I’ll make sure to leave a review for this experience and that is not good for business at all. I wouldn’t purchase anything from them and wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them at all I’ll take my business elsewhere where and somewhere where they value they customers and not their money….

  I ordered.... They take my Credit Card Money....then they canceled...Not in stock. Tell me refund will be up to 10 days and offer me 50 bucks off the next order. I go to site and the items I ordered show in stock??? What? They just want to tie up my money. I am not going to order from these folks.

  I bought a 500ML Moutai from this site, and it is fake, it tasks little lighter than the real Moutai.

  I purchased a bottle of Single Oak Project for $124 (after using a coupon). I said to my father, "There's no way they'll let this go at that price, watch!"
  I received an email they were packing it...then an email saying they didn't have any and that my order was canceled.
