    I engaged with Blue Sound Technologies in January of 2024 when I was originally planning to move to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. I representative I spoke to at that time was ******* ***** (who has since left the company). I put down a 50% deposit for equipment and installation of equipment at the home I was supposed to move into in May of 2024. Circumstances changed and I did not end up moving, so I asked for my deposit back, but Mr ***** said that it would be possible as the 90 day warranty expired. I asked him to hold the equipment for me until I figured out where I was moving and that I would have him install the equipment at that time. I moved to Houston, TX in October 2024. I told Mr. ***** I would like the equipment installed in my home, but after several weeks of infrequent communication on his part, I told him in January of 2025 that I would rather he just ship the equipment to me and I would have it installed by a local professional. Several weeks of him promising to ship the equipment passed and he finally confirmed he shipped it. I paid the remaining balance for the equipment along with shipping costs. He neglected to provide me with tracking information after I asked several times. After not having received any of the equipment after 2 weeks, I asked him for an update. He then informed me that the equipment was lost in shipment but that he had insured it through FedEx and that he would be able to file a claim. After several emails back and forth he said that he was having trouble filing the claim and that he would ship parts of the replacement equipment as he could out of his own pocket. I received the speakers listed on the attached invoice, but never received any other equipment. After several emails and calls without response, I finally reached the co-owner of Blue Sound, ****, who informed me that Mr ***** had sold his part of the company. I have had almost the exact same experience with **** and have yet to receive any other equipment or refund.
