- Advertising Review:The Better Business Bureau attempted to contact JustRealIKicks on two occasions once by mail and once by instant messenger to verify the company's has a physical (brick & mortar) location in Delaware. The company's address was brought to the bureau's attention by another company who is actually located at the address listed for JustRealKicks. In researching the company's address, the company is using a fraudulent address and is only incorporated in Delaware. The company has no presence within the State of Delaware. The BBB has not been able to determine where the company is conducting business.
According the BBB Code of Advertising Basic Principles: Advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell. Advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request. All advertising that may mislead or deceive consumers should be avoided.
To date the bureau has received no reply to its request for substantiation of the company's physical location.
