Another very unhappy customer. In May two outdoor tables and an outdoor bench were picked up. I had emailed Steve and he quoted $925 including pickup and delivery. We asked to match the color of the tables and Steve said that would be fine. A month passed and after numerous calls when I left messages I finally talked to him. He said the guy who picked up the three pieces didn't label them so they sat and no one asked about whose they were. Another 6 weeks passed and when we went in person Steve said that we had to come in to pick out the color. Why didn't he tell us that in the initial email exchange. More months passed with regular calls to Steve and his assistant. Finally we were told that the pieces were delivered. The invoice was $75 higher than what Steve quoted. The delivery guy had him on speaker phone and Steve said to pay the $1`000 or have the guy take the pieces back. He tried to tell me that the email quote was just an estimate. So, we will never take anything to Perfect Finish again and will call the business who referred us to Perfect Finish. I will not give them a second chance.
