              Purchase a home in the Satterfield Development in Felton, DE and since 2017 had to join a home owners Association which has its rules all residences have to abide to (agreement). I have pictures since 2017 to present that the home owners association selectively enforces the bid laws to people they choice while still expecting the yearly associations fees from year to year as I paid to join, and pay a large fee to live in the Satterfield development as people are moving out of this development else where. I have experienced and can prove * Selective Enforcement * Deceptive Practices * Harassment per Delaware Law. They have given out my confidential information to whom the complain had been incited against. They have even refused my home owner insurance in 2017 their insurance information so I might be entitled to a lower insurance rate. This is leading to a judge to site and resolve this issue I am trying to avoid. I know that some residences refuse to pay their association fees also.
