5 starsJosh and Cape Design and Build installed railings on our patio steps and a small textured concrete patio in our gardens. The workmanship was excellent and Josh was a delight to work with - described what he was going to do and why, kept us informed along the way, and cleaned up completely on completion. The price was fair and worth every penny. I highly recommend!

5 starsCape Design & Build installed a beautiful motorized canopy over my patio. We can now enjoy meals on the patio without getting sunburned. After several uses there was one slight issue. I called Josh and received an immediate response. The very next morning, the issue was corrected. Josh is a kind, professional, knowledgeable and honest contractor, as well as his workers. 5 starsWe've had Cape Build and Design at our home for several home improvement projects. They changed our screened in porch to a three season room. They installed all new windows in our home. They installed all new insulation in our attic. Josh and his team have been very knowledgeable and informative about each project. They pay attention to detail. They've been punctual, professional and respectful of our home during each project. At the end of each project, they made sure to clean up and dispose of all materials. 5 starsWe had a great experience with Cape Design & Build, LLC. We recently converted our screen-in porch to a four-season room. Josh and team were very professional, completed the project in a timely manner, never left a mess when they wrapped up for the day. Pricing was fair, and we just love the room they created for us. We had such a great experience with them, we called them back to complete a couple of exterior doors projects for us, and we are planning on using them for our kitchen renovation. I can't say enough good things about this company. I'm glad I found a contractor who I can trust, and I have complete confidence in.Cape Design & Build, LLC
