            I purchased a lincoln MKT from the Dover dealership in 2020. I was given documents that showed the car history was good. It was not carfax it was another company. I am now trying to trade in the vehicle and i cannot because it shows it was in an accident and has structural damage, frame damage, from before I bought it! I have not received any response from the dealer and they never disclosed this like they are required to do by law. I would like them to pay the difference in what I can get for it and what it should be worth, or buy it back from me so I can purchase another vehicle.

            They sold me a car that was tampered with. Engine light is in but NO CODES come up. Told me they put a brand new transmission in my transmission is blown. I’ve been calling to try and see about the warranty he also told me I had in the transmission and no one has gotten back with me. Not to mention going to tire shop THEY RECOMMENDED so they could “look” at my tire issue that I told them about …. The man fixed the issue in under 10mins then came out and asked if they told me about the issue when I bought the car because my tire was about to “fall off”.. they did not we even test drove the vehicle.. I’m also a single mother that drives her 4 year old to and from school daily.. she was with me when purchasing the vehicle. Did you really think it was safe. The transmission blew in the middle of traffic and it’s very disappointing to know they knew of all these things before selling the vehicle. Very disappointed.
