    I was returning a cold call - I know, not the brightest decision. I was told they were offering a free 3 day cruise but since I live in Colorado, they were offering me a 7 night cruises for paying the port fees and taxes of $498, to which I agreed. My certificate (attached) says 5 separate cruise certificates but when I call, they tell me I only have 1 cruise certificate and not 5. Because they misrepresented their sale, this is FRAUD and I want my money refunded completely.

    Purchased 2 tickets for a cruise
    They never provided me with a reservation number as they promised they would. Tried to call numerous times to resolve
    The 1st call I was told they had the incorrect email and my money would be refunded. I called 3 more times after waiting for my refund of $196.00 which was charged on July 3 2025. They hung up on me every time saying they couldn’t help without a reservation number. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

    On Dec 19th, Complete Reservation Solutions charged me $1274.00 for several vacation packages. I cannot reach anyone with the phone numbers provided and it seems I have been scammed.

    I was sold a vacation package in April of 2024 and was told we would only have to pay $99/person for port fees and taxes and we could book the cruise (Margartaville Cruises) anytime within the next year. We tried to book our cruise the very next month in May but were told they could not book us because the booking company was changing. The company we have been dealing with the whole time is supposedly Travel & Reservation Services (************). We called again in September and were told we were booked for a Cruise in December. In November we still had not received confirmation so we called again, this time we were told that the cruise was not in fact booked and that we had to pay an additional booking fee. In the terms and conditions on the reservation website, there is nothing about booking fees. We already paid port fees and taxes. The company refuses to honor our purchased package agreement and refuses to refund our money because it is beyond 30 from date of purchase. The website ( www.viewmyvacation.com ) only directs us to the customer service line which always gets us to the same response, there's nothing they are willing to do.

    On Thursday March 21st. 2024 around 3pm I spoke with a one ******** who adjusted a previously purchased cruise package. Due to a travel ban on the BAHAMAS at the time my package had to be adjusted to accommodate3n the fact I could no longer stay on the Island for 2 days. In order to update it my entire package which was expiring had to be extended. I was granted
    4days/3nights in Orlando, 3d/2n Bahama Margaritaville exp. Aug 31st 2025
    4days/3nights to either ( Mexico, Jamaica, Puerto Rico) exp. Aug 31st 2025
    4d/3n Las Vegas exp. May 8th 2025
    4d/3n (USVI, JAM, PR) exp May 8th 2025

    I have called 8*********** * ************ Complete Reservation Solutions and over a period of 1 week have only been able to get one employee named ******.

    This is employee has refused to let name speak with anyone else, has to me everyone else is ALWAYS BUSY, that he is the supervisor, that my money MEANT NOTHING and has hung up in my face AT LEAST 5 TIMES!

    The original vendors [email protected] (************ were contacted 3x. Each time they can see my reservation and the updates, have informed me that CRS should be able to see this as well. BUT because they are NO LONGER PARTNERED they cannot do the booking. At this number I have spoken with ********* *** *** ****** I want a full refund from CRS as they have poor customer service and I no longer want to move forward booking with them. I will be continuing to report them as often as possible until the matter is resolved. THE EMPLOYEE ****** NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY! He is rude and disrespectful, belittling and lacks customer service in all aspects.
