This company is a ripoff. When I told them I didn’t receive the essay I requested, they agreed to refund my money if I cancel the dispute with my bank. Which I did now they say I have to have some documentation from the bank. They know the dispute was canceled and they did nothing regarding my refund $87.30.

In order to expedite the resolution process, we requested the withdrawal of the dispute so that we could issue a refund. We appreciate your cooperation, as you confirmed the dispute withdrawal on Aug 9th, 2022. On Nov 19, 2022, we informed you that the dispute ruled in our favor, enabling us to proceed with the refund. However, we did not receive further communication until your message on Jan 13, 2023. This is when our Customer Support Team promptly processed the refund request on the same day. Unfortunately, dispute resolution timelines can be lengthy, and it may take up to 6 months, at times, to conclude. We sincerely regret any delays in the resolution process and understand the frustration this may have caused. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
