    I was charged recurring payments through my PayPal Mastercard from May to Aug. I never signed up for this! A lesson in looking over bills before paying, but they owe me $107.60!

    I have used the email address they supplied to other complaints. Hopefully they will refund immediately!!

    It appears that a subscription was initiated without my authorization or knowledge. I am a 78 year old lady who has never heard of FJOR Nutrition, Inc. From what I have learned that there have been numerous of similar actions experienced by other consumers.

    Hello, During the subscription purchase process for the Mediterranean diet, the payment screen displayed both the cost of the initial subscription period and the price for subsequent renewals ($59.99 USD per 12 weeks). The subscription was automatically renewed on August 14 as no cancellation request was received. As we see it, the customer successfully logged into the Formula app and used it after purchasing the subscription.

    We have canceled the user's subscription and we issued him a full refund of $59.99 USD.

    I ordered this at a certain price then was immediately charged up to almost $200. I want to get reimbursed and out of this because I fear I will continue to be charged.

    When I was setting up their payment through PayPal, i got returned to the fjor site to discover it was for recurring payments. I decided to cancel the transaction. I received nothing from Fjor, but they got payment from PayPal. They need to refund me.

    On May 9 I downloaded the Fjor App for Mediterranean diet for $4.95 as advertised. Not 30 minutes later, I got charged $45!! Then on May 16 I got charged another $29.99! All via PayPal. I chose carefully the $4.95 option but it charged me for other options or $80 is a hell of a lot of money for an app that just tracks the food that the consumer has to input. I think this company is scamming people!!

    They charged my bank account $17.63. They then tried to charge my account $75.00 and sent an email that I would be charged $29.99 each month thereafter. These charges were not authorized. These people have several addresses and various names. Additionally, their website is unsecured. These people are thieves...pure and simple.

    I purchased a trial app from this company. In addition to charging for the app, they scheduled me for some type of subscription and charged me another $45 on my credit card. I see that they have done this to multiple people.

    I was on Instagram and saw an ad for a company related to this FJOR nutrition. It was the Mediterranean meal plan or something similar. After answering about 50 questions, I was examining the options and then clicked off of the website without making apurchase. A charge for $89.99 was charged to my husband‘s credit card from this company. I did not authorize this. I contacted my bank and they provided a phone number for this company which is no longer in service. There is no way to contact company. I was on their site on 1/20/25. The charge posted on 1/21/25. I would like a full refund as I did not authorize this charge.
