    I was offered to take part in trying other apps in return they would give me points i could use to cash out for real cash n after i had completed a high paying offer they after telling me i had in fact completed the offer and my account was credited the $52 worth of points they placed my account on hold to do a verification which after i completed the points that they told me was credited where then placed as pending then they told me i had to wait 72 hours for them to be available the day of 8/9/2025 and the next day i get a email stating i now have to wait till 8/17/2025 to get my points all though they had already placed the offer i was doing as completed and told me i had been credited all a sudden im having to wait 7 days for a pending payout when i was told as u can see in the screen shots that it was only 72hrs. This company is fraudulent and take advantage of others seeking to get payed for there time and the money they put into expecting to get a more then they payed into it back as the company offers. This company has a multitude of bad reviews of others stating the company fraudulently did the same thing to them so this company should get flagged and shut down for being fraudulent and making false claims to customers about making money us customers need but only get if its a $1 or $2 payout but when its over $10 the company denies us and makes us go through hell for nothing because this company never pays yet they make millions from us

    Recently signed up for the site and started my first offer on the site. The first few tasks tracked and credited properly and then the tracking stop working and no longer tracked and credited me for my progress which is fairly common with these sites and offerwalls. The offerwall the offer was from was Ayet studios which I’ve had tracking issues with before but I just submit a ticket and they resolve it within 30 days and credit accordingly. HeyCash will not allow users to submit tickets to the offerwall which I have never seen any of these sites do before. Support just says I can’t and tough luck but better luck on the next offer. I’ve submitted well over 30 tickets to ayet over the past 2+ years and they’ve always been approved and payment processed. HeyCash blocking users from submitting tickets is borderline criminal and at the very least negligent. Their support states that users are no longer able to submit tickets directly to the offerwall and that they’re handled internally and then support tells users they won’t submit a ticket. I’m owed 65 dollars for tasks that I have completed and can prove I completed. Sites like this give the other GPT sites a bad name and this one should be shut down to save any other users from running into this same issue.

    I’ve been a loyal user of the Hey Cash app for over a year. On July 30th, I attempted to withdraw my rewards — I had around 28,000 points at the time — but was surprised to find that my account had been suspended. The app claimed there were multiple complaints about my responses to paid surveys. However, this can’t be accurate, as I haven’t completed any surveys in at least the last six months.

    Even more confusing, when I logged in today (July 31st), I saw that my balance had increased to over 85,000 points — which suggests I’m still actively receiving referral bonuses. This makes no sense if my account is supposedly banned. There seems to be a serious inconsistency in the system, and I suspect something is wrong.

    I’ve also seen several people online reporting similar situations — where accounts are suspended just as users are about to make a larger withdrawal. This pattern is very concerning.

    I’m an influencer with over 250,000 followers, and I frequently share apps and platforms related to earning extra income, including Hey Cash. That’s why I’ve referred a significant number of users to the app. I believed the terms on the website, which state that referral rewards will be paid regardless. It’s frustrating to be locked out without explanation, especially when the system still seems to be tracking new referrals on my account.

    I haven’t made a public video about this issue yet, but I’m strongly considering doing so if this isn’t resolved soon. I’m asking simply to have my account reinstated or to be allowed to withdraw what I’ve already earned. I hope the company will honor its commitments and treat its users with fairness and transparency.

    The date of transaction is July 26, 2025. Heycash owes me $480 for playing one of there games and following what the game said to do but they keep delaying to pay me what I'm owed. The literally took the game area out of there app and now there pretending they only deal with surveys so they don't have to pay me.

    This is now the second time I am filing a complaint to try to reach a desired resolution of being paid out money that is rightfully mine. Firstly, they put my account on hold for under review and the date of which my accounts hold would be lifted was on July 7th, 2025 (today). Roughly twenty minutes ago I reached out to customer support to ask them to lift the hold on my account so that I am able to withdrawal my earnings. Shortly after I reached out to live support I noticed they extended the hold on my account on top of not responding to any of my messages I've sent them. They extended the hold on my account to July 21st, 2025. I am coming to the conclusion that they are trying to do whatever is possible on their behalf to not pay me out. I need your help here please. This is absolutely unprofessional and absurd. I've been beyond patient with them and all they are doing is giving me the runaround. Please help here.

    My complaint is for HeyCash, an online website/app you can earn money by doing surveys, offers, & games. You get coins as reward and you cash out by PayPal, gift cards, etc.

    I completed an offer for the Greenlight banking app, requiring to register, verify identity, and fund (min $10). The reward was 16,407 points.
    I did it on 6/4/25. Heycash account said I did it successfully, but for verification, had to wait 7 days.
    On 06/12/2025, I got my coins in HeyCash, having a total of 18,839 coins. I try to cash out coins to PayPal. After entering my PayPal email, I get an error message at the bottom of my screen, saying “Technical Error, please contact support”. I was unable to withdraw the funds. I waited 2 more days to resolve, but still got the error message. So I contact customer support, they replied immediately a nice response, saying they would look into it. Every day I message them, again told they are looking into it.
    On 06/18/25 I am suspicious of the legitimacy of chat support and app. I ask again, they respond the same generic “working on it” response. Then minutes later, i get a message asking me what my issue is. Very concerning cause it’s all written in previous messages above. I ask if they are ai or human, they say human.
    On 06/19/2025 I complain a lot, I get the same responses.
    06/21/25 I freak out, & talk about multiple different issues.They do not respond to anything specific I’ve said.
    Its 06/24/25 and they have not fixed my issue, I’ve not received payment.
    Red flags:
    1. Every single message say very similar, generic, vague responses, with no additional info/help
    2. Their response time is ALWAYS about 3 mins
    3. I am very worried that this entire app is a scam, & they are taking the personal info/data from my device, my location, my DATA from my phone acquired from cookies, etc and my account log in info to either sell it or worse.
    PLEASE look into this, for the safety of their 100k users

    2 days ago I tried to withdraw money through Venmo and I have received nothing. It was $20 and I want my money back. I spent a long time on those surveys and I got no money. Please let me know ASAP where my money went and when I will be getting it back. If I don’t hear from you I will make complaints on ever forum that I can to show that this is a SCAM!

    I signed up for a Cash because they advertise that I could do surveys and get paid immediately through Venmo and there was a three step process of signup complete a survey get paid. The website also indicated in the FAQ section that you would get paid up upon completing the survey. I completed a few surveys and earned enough to meet their minimum withdrawal threshold. I tried to withdraw the money and I was told I have to wait until February 7 to because their client had put my account on hold. They also told me that I could not deuce any more surveys until their client had determined I was a real person and that my answers were satisfactory to them.

    to tell you, their customer service is absolutely horrendous and does not answer any question, refuses to give me to a supervisor or take any steps to unblock my account. I put in the time did the surveys and was given the money as a credit to my account and they are refusing to pay it out..

    it seems like this company has violated general business law 349 and 350 with a deceptive advertising
