    On 12/13/2025 my account though HeyCash was hacked I had 379.00 pending to be transferred to my bank account I wrote support and they could not recover or delete my account or give me the money they owed me I even sent screenshots to them from from emails from the hacker
    And the hackers email address that hacked into my account my HeyCash account had my bank information and personal information on it and they refused to fix it I’ve saved all screenshots of the support conversations and from the hacker

    When i try to collect rewards it says to contact support, i send 6 emails with no reply.

    I have completed multiple surveys (approximately 5) and have not been given credit. These surveys have taken between 15 and 30 minutes to complete. I have notified Hey Cash LLC each time I didn't receive credit and they always come back with the same excuse that they cannot do anything nor give me credit. This is equivalent to slave labor. Hey Cash LLC needs to fulfill their commitment and stop defrauding consumers. I would like my credits.

    I completed offers on their app and they even credited me on the app but will not let me take my payment they say there is a problem but I took screen shots and have proof that it was infact tracking. I had to wait 2 weeks after completing the offer for them to be varified, which today November 1st they credited and approved the offers and my hey cash account was credited 68$ but now they support is trying to go backwards and say its wrong this isn’t the first time they have done something similar with the offers I’ve completed

    I have been using hey cash for over a year or close to it. Never had any problems until now. I downloaded a game ( through hey cash ) and I faithfully played the game , spent money on the game etc … I had to wait 7 days while my rewards “pend” … today was the 7th day & I got them , but I can not redeem them and now I can’t even use the app!! It has locked me out from surveys and games completely. Mind you it’s 87$ I EARNED that I can not get !!!

    And that was holding $37 that I want and it supposed to release on the 8th of October and they still have released it now they're trying to close my account

    They have an offer for FanDuel that states if your a new user and deposit $10 and place a $10 bet you will be rewarded $36 I was a new user I've never been affiliated with FanDuel until I seen the offer on Hey cash I did exactly what I was supposed to do and they didn't deliver on the terms of the offer I would like to have the money that is offered I held up my end of the offer they did not

    Yes I am filing a complaint on this company I was doing surveys for them and there screening out non sense is exactly what is and the Labor Board is not going to do nothing about this either I was doing gamed on there as well and I have screenshots showing they took off the complete earning button on it they did it on purpose so I could not make no money they don't want to pay out. I done spent over $60 on items in rhe game they had me download Dice Dreams and I can't even use it now they need ro ger in trouble wirh rhe Labor Union on more pay. They must be going broke I have spent hours after hours on there surveys doing them and I always get screened out I am sick of it. They want name and address and phone number demographics and once they get that they screen me out.
