    Very untrustworthy company. The agent, Eva Simpson, had me pay in full for a quote and promised to pick up my car within a specified time frame. However, she later demanded an additional 20% before sending a driver. The contract was not honored, costing me significant time and money, and it severely disrupted my schedule. It’s clear that many others are facing similar issues with this company. I strongly recommend filing a complaint with the Delaware Attorney General, where the company is located.

    Yuan-Chih Peng, we are very sorry for any misunderstanding occurred! Let us clarify please, that we do NOT charge anything until the vehicle is picked up. You provided us with the card information upon booking for partial payment that would be charged once the vehicle is picked up. However, the order was cancelled upon your request and no charges were made. We as a broker company are able to provide you with estimate quotes only based on recently accepted vehicles by Carrier Companies. This is indicated in terms of the contract in paragraph 7 of the signed contract. Your shipping agent was providing You with all options she was able to line up with available drivers on the route within your time frame. Unfortunately, none of them worked for you. The order was cancelled with no fee/charge applied upon your request. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us!

    Sir, we have contacted our bank, they don’t see any issues with this transaction. It went through on July 30st. This transaction has never been returned to us nor declined. Please, check with your bank. You have all the transaction details along with the receipt.

    The best fuc*in company that I've ever seen

    Shipment has been delivered on 7/15/2024
    Yeah really it's just 3 bussiness days
    They're send me the proof of payment (worst photoshop that I've ever seen)
    And they're not answering to my calls and messages

    I'm from THE BEST TRUCKING AND DELIVERY and my name is Eric
    I can forward everything with anyone that you can be sure that they're scammers

    Total amount $5250, so be careful with them

    The payment was sent to you on 07.29.2024, Chase transaction confirmation number is 11139599234. It’s all written on the confirmation receipt that we sent you and it’s written there “paid”. You can always call the bank and verify the information with them. You have all the receipts and the bank will confirm they are Not fake/photoshopped.

    This company double booked my auto shipments on the central dispatch board without being under contract or with my permission. This causes shippers to not choose to move your automobiles. When I called them to ask to remove the listing, they deny doing it , John insisted he didn’t do it. Then he ask me if he has a lower price would I take it. I called yet 2 other auto brokers who could not help me because of their listing direct carrier LLC on my cars. They confirmed that direct carrier LLC was indeed on the board with my information.

    Stay away from this company, they are not trustworthy!

    Thank you for your review Mr Pizor. I reviewed the history of your request and I can’t see that it would ever be booked with anybody by the shipping agent who provided the quote to you, or anybody else from our company. To be on the same side, “booked” would mean that it’s dispatched to a specific driver. If it’s dispatched to a specific driver, it doesn’t show up on the board.

    I had the worst experience with Get Carrier LLC. And Jeff the broker. He did not reply to my calls after I signed the contract for the transport of my vehicle 3 weeks ago. I waited until last week to get an update. As he had mentioned “it takes time to find a driver.” Last week was the second week. I called every day and left a message asking for an update. He did not return my calls for 9 days. Ow we are in the 3 week. He waited until the last minute prior to the date of pick up to call me back regarding a transport for my vehicle. There was not even an assigned driver. I spoke to a supervisor last week and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I had to deal with my broker. I left him a message again yesterday. He called me back today. I do not recommend Jeff add Get Carrier LLC.

I can see that Jeff didn’t reply two days to your calls when he was on a few days off due to family emergency. Unfortunately, his line wasn’t transferring calls to the main line so our customer support department could assist instead. We apologize for that.     VICTORIA AT GET CARRIER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND QUOTED A GOOD PRICE. THE DRIVER WHO PICKED THE CAR UP WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND DELIVERED THE CAR IN LESS THAN TWO DAYS 1500 MILES AWAY.
