      Complaint: Package Not Delivered as Promised / False Delivery Attempt

      I am filing this complaint regarding the handling of my package with tracking number **************. The tracking status indicates a “Delivery Attempted/Delayed”, yet no delivery attempt was made. I was home the entire day, and no delivery notice was left at my residence. There was no knock, no doorbell ring, and no attempt to contact me.

      This item is a very important gift, and its timely delivery was critical. I paid for reliable delivery service and expected professionalism and accuracy in the delivery process. Instead, my package is now delayed without just cause and no proactive communication from the carrier.

      I am requesting:
      1. An immediate investigation into why the false delivery attempt was recorded.
      2. Priority delivery of my package as soon as possible (today).
      3. Confirmation that corrective measures will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future.

      This experience has caused significant inconvenience, stress, and concern. I trusted your service for an important delivery and have been disappointed by the lack of transparency and reliability.

      I expect prompt action to resolve this matter.

      Despite repeated requests to Veho by my meal kit provider (******), Veho only brings the food up to my apartment door on the 3rd floor about 50% of the time. The rest of the time, the meals are usually left in the mail room down the hall, making them susceptible to theft. On 30 September 2025, Veho did not even leave the box in the mail room, but in an unidentifiable hallway, presumably outside a mail room. The package could not be found, and may well have been stolen, even through I was searching for it within 20 minutes of the alleged delivery time. This is completely unacceptable for a "delivery" service. Veho needs to be kept accountable and reprimanded at the highest possible level, and the boxes need to be left outside my apartment door on the 3rd floor.

      Attached on the tracking link (above the food dishes) you will find a picture, which is evidence of Veho's failed delivey TODAY, allegedly at 11:53 AM. This is just a picture of one of the OUTSIDE entrances to our apartment building (a wrong entrance, in fact!) and NO food box. I went and checked the area, including the associated mailroom inside, and NO box anywhere. Please call me urgently to discuss. *************

      They are holding my package hostage. They do not do anything they claim. They claim to have faster delivery speeds, it’s been 4 days since they have attempted to redeliver my package. They claim to have excellent customer service but I reached out to customer service and got no where. They said that my package was returned to their warehouse and a redelivery date wasn’t available yet HUH?!?!?! Once it’s available they will try to redeliver. This is unheard of! I have never experienced this through the post office, ****** *** etc. I seriously feel that they are holding my package hostage and it makes me sad because I had a freebie from where I ordered in there that won’t be able to be replaced. I need people to stop using this company!

      I have several times requested to be blacklisted form Veho, over time their 'employees' have caused upwards of $8,000 in damages to my property. Once they sent someone who banged on my door using an unregistered handgun. I was so appalled at someone beating down a door with a gun that I called 911 and this person was detained. They still attempt to deliver packages to my house with this 'employee' I genuinely do not feel safe or that they perform any kind of valid employment verification and have been threatened by their employees who have again damaged thousands of dollars worth of merchandise and my personal property. I wish to never ever have anything 'delivered' by this 'company' or theirs 'employees' again.

      Veho claimed they delivered my package which contained $170 worth of product. However, they delivered someone elses' package to my door (popcorn) and scanned it as though they delivered my package. I immediately contacted their customer service (which is only available via text) and they said the driver was a returning my package to the warehouse for re-delivery the next day. The next day came and went, no package. I contacted Veho again and they said the package was processing at their warehouse for redelivery and they couldn't give me a date as to when it would be delivered. In the meantime, they said I could keep the other persons package that they delivered incorrectly .....I ended up delivering it to the address myself which was 1.5 miles from my home in a totally different subdivision. After contacting them for 5 days repeatedly and getting a different reason why I had still not received my package, they finally said it was lost and there was nothing they could do and I needed to contact the merchant. The merchant said they aren't responsible for lost packages and refuses to do anything. Now I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This company has hundreds if not thousands of bad reviews of this same type of behavior all over the internet. It's obvious this company is a SCAM and needs to be shut down.

      I am a customer of Factor, which is a company that supplies pre-made meals. My meals have been delivered by Veho. For the last three deliveries, Veho has failed to efficiently deliver my meals. To preface, each box states, “PERISHABLE, THIS END UP.” If Veho hasn’t left my boxes on their side or upside down, they were left upright and in the sun outside of my gate that leads to a walk way to my front door. In addition to having delivery instructions on my Factor customer profile, after contacting both Veho and Factor customer service after the first poor delivery, it happened a second and a third time. I am disgraced by this company, their lack of care and their lack of service. Attached are my proof of photos of my meals in addition to a screen shot of my delivery instructions. I am asking for $32.97 in reimbursement for shipping charges that I paid directly to Factor. I paid $10.99 per box to ship to my house, but I never got to enjoy any of the contents inside the box because all three times the food leaked and was unsalvageable.

      This carrier losses hundreds of dollars in packages and the proof they provide is insufficient. **** primarily uses this carrier for their US customers and on several occasions my package is said to have been “delivered” but the propf they provide is a picture pf the package on the ground somewhere. If you live in an apartment building their driver will lave on the floor in front of the building instead of entering and leaving the package with concierge or in mailbox!

      Late last year, our weekly food deliveries were couriered by the company (Veho - parcel delivery service). After a few successful deliveries, Veho claimed they were suddenly unable to find our address and they took our box of perishable food back to their non-air conditioned warehouse where it became inedible. We had to cancel the food delivery service due to three missed deliveries in a row. This year, after a discussion with Hellofresh corporate, I was advised that if we picked a different delivery date, *** would deliver. That was fine. *** had no issues finding my house that has existed for more than forty years. A couple months ago, I noticed the courier had switched back to Veho. I gave them another chance. They made five successful deliveries. Now today, they claim the same thing: "we can't find your residence, taking it back to the warehouse."Ordinarily, I'd take this up with the company themselves. Most companies are relatively transparent and provide contact info to sort through customer issues. **************** doesn't even list a contact email on their website (shipveho.com). With no communication avenues, I reached out to their CTO on LinkedIn who advised he was "looking into it with the team." That was almost 6 months ago, and nothing. No resolution. If you look at the ****** reviews for the local ***** warehouse, it seems like this is fairly common. I don't know how much HelloFresh pays Veho to deliver the last few miles, and HelloFresh refunds for missed deliveries, however, I have had to spend close to $1,000 over the months in unexpected grocery bills due to the unreliability of this parcel service. All I'd like to do is figure out what the h*** is going on...if Veho drivers are using outdated GPS, given poor instructions, possible stolen parcels...I don't know. If you could figure out a way to set up a call, I would love that.

      I made a purchase to SAKS OFF FIFTH on ********* in the amount of ******** The item was shipped using an unknown shipping third party vendor. I went online and updated the shipping instructions detailing to ring the doorbell and not leave the package unattended. I also put a note visible to the delivery personnel, with my name and doorbell number asking them to ring the doorbell. I received an email stating that my item was delivered. Within 5 mins, My mother went out to retrieve the package. The shipping envelope was ripped open and on the floor. I immediately contacted the shipping vendor and they re-routed me to Saks. I contacted Saks and was told after investigation, they are not responsible and will not issue a refund and Veho, the shipping company, will not offer me a refund as well. Why is Saks using a third party shipping vendor with a F rating on BBB.
