    I ordered two rejuvaknee sleeves on August 18th 2023.( for knee pain) One did not work. I was sent a replacement. it lasted three weeks. I asked for refund as I was within the 90 day money back guarantee . They wanted items returned at substantial cost by me. I sent videos of faulty products instead, as I felt they would just throw out the faulty items, why go to expense?. They agreed to this solution. Emails continued. They offered 25% refund. then 25% with two new sleeves. I was not trusting quality, so I asked for full refund. The customer service person, ****, was understanding. She forwarded my request to fulfilment team. Then, emails stopped. they are not responding to my continuing reminders to fulfill their guarantee. My invoice number is #2068 August 17th 2023. They continue to show advertisement on instagram. The return address in California.to send back faulty product is : Retro Bros c/o Anson (ERS)82342, *** ** *********** ***** ***** Fe Springs CA 90670 USA. The rejuvaknee company seems to have a diff address 2803 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont Delaware . [email protected] is the email I have been using to communicate with someone named ****. The last email from her was on Dec 7, 2023 where she said she will request this {that I chose full refund over replacement) to the fulfillment team and that she would get back to me as she has an update. no communication from them since. I continue to reach out to them. of note: phone numbers do not work, unavailable is always the message, or we have no record of your order, explaining there are diff distributors. also, on the review page, a person from the UK actually sent the product back AND still did not receive his refund.. hoping you can help me get my refund. the amount is $134.99 inUS funds. $187.20 Canadian on day of order
