Wesley Bradley Park in Puyallup Washington recently purchased a mobility scooter from Raphael. We are a not-for-profit senior community that really needed a way to transport our residents to outside activities on gravel and dirt pathways so they could get to some fantastic nature spots that were previously impossible for them. This scooter is amazing! It works beautifully, our residents enjoy the ride and Raphael was wonderful to work with. Heavy Duty Mobility did a fine Job matching me up with the besr mobility scooter to meet my needs. The Afikim S-3 is a high quality piece of equipment. It operates as advertised. It maintains it's speed while ascending the hills in the small town, where I live. Heavy Duty Mobility was by my side throughout the entire purchase process. If you are looking for a heavy duty scooter, look no further. I live in a retirement community and we needed a multiple seated scooter to transport residents who were physically unable to walk to some of our activities. I found Heavy Duty Mobility on line. However, I was very skeptical, like maybe you are, to buy from a company out of state. I live in Washington State and the thought of doing business with a company in Florida was worrisome. I was worried about customer service and whether the company was legit. Also worried about who I would call when and if I needed maintenance on the scooter. Believe me when I say I did my due diligence on this scooter and on the Heavy Duty Mobility Company . I made the call to Raphael at Heavy Duty Mobility, and I must say, it was one of the best calls I’ve ever made. Raphael immediately put my skepticism to rest and was a HUGE help in helping me to decide the right scooter for our situation and with absolutely no pressure. Raphael’s Customer service is second to none!!! He returns a text or call Immediately. I purchased the 2 seater, 4 wheel, Afiscooter S4 with a couple upgrades. Everything Raphael told me about the scooter and the delivery was right on. When we received the scooter, it exceeded all of our expectations!! It is comfortable and is meeting all our needs. We could not be happier. It truly is a well built scooter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and scooter! You will not be disappointed with the customer service given by Raphael or the scooter from Heavy Duty Mobility. Because our Retirement Community loves the scooter and the customer service we received from Raphael, we will be purchasing another scooter just like.

Top shelf, customer service Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. After talking to Raphael I felt a much more comfortable about the idea of having a scooter shipped all across the country am in Seattle WA. The scooter arrived,in shipping and had a torn seat. Ops Raphael took care of the problem got me a new seat ASP negotiated with the makers of my scooter.for me. Couple months into having my scooter. I had an issue with the wheel making a noise.. Called my dealer Raphael he worked tirelessly negotiating with the maker of the Scooter to make sure the issue got fixed . Would’ve loved not to have any issues with my new scooter, but knowing Raphael was on my side, helping me anytime there was an issue to get the problem fixed was a huge blessing. Raphael Perlmann Has restored my faith in Customer service . So many companies sell your product and then they don’t care they got their money ! Not that way at heavy mobility scooters store . I have seen that this company and Raphael Perlmann cares about their customers after the sell. I will recommend to my mother and any other family member, and friend to order a scooter from Raphael Perlmann ..: His care and consideration for me and my Scooter has definitely restored my faith and Customer service .
