This is an online company that claims to help people with their change of address when they move. I mistakenly thought it was USPS. I paid them 49 dollars for change of address services. They didn't do it. I wrote them an email, but I received a computer generated response. I paid the USPS for a change of address which was only 19 dollars. So, they charged me 49 dollars and didn't do anything and I paid USPS myself and all of my contacts for change of address.

I paid for this entity to effectuate a change in my address. I paid $49 on June 7th (posted to my bank account on June 12th) and I've gotten none of my mail. I then looked at the Better Business Bureau website and saw that this has happened to everyone. How is this "business" still allowed to exist?

Today I attempted to do an address change for my deceased father in law. I searched online on what appeared to be the USPS site. A company called Rapid Address Change charged me $55 to "change my address", which I was not aware of the fee until AFTER I entered my card information. I thought I was paying the $1.10 USPS fee. The website directly reflects what the USPS offices site looks like. Would love to have help with resolution To this issue as I have been unable to get ahold of anyone in customer service.

I went to this website to file a change of address. It looked the the USPS website.
It asked for the information and once I put my card info it and hit next it charged me $55.
I have tried calling the customer service number and no representatives are available. That goes on non stop.
    This company is a scam.

I was attempting to file a postal change of address and was misled by this web site and then was charged $49.00 instead of the $1.10 that was posted for this postal service.
I could not get anyone to respond to any phone calls, e-mails or live chats.

I have requested a refund on their web site but have had no response from them.

    This company is very misleading

On 6/8/2023 I searched for the USPS change of address form to complete on behalf of my spouse. I was using my phone to do this not a tablet or a laptop. I went through the process online, with the questions and design being eerily similar to the USPS system I had used recently for my own change of address so I did not realize this was not the USPS site. When I got to the end it offered services just like the USPS site as well. It asked for credit card information (which I unfortunately entered) for the purpose of verifying the address change took place and that the card address and prior or current address matched. Once the information was entered and I hit submit it showed me a paid invoice of $49.99 for assistance in moving mail.

I should have been more diligent when looking at the actual website domain name. However this site was purposefully set up to look like the USPS site for those of us that have access ed it.

I have tried calling the number associated with the charge multiple times and have received the message that all representatives are busy to leave my name, email address and phone number. I have done this and have not received a call back either.

I will be pursuing fraud charges with my bank next.

I thought I was on the official USPS site. I entered my address change. Without listing how much this would cost, this company charged me $49.99 to update my address.

On 5 June 2023, I went online to change my address with the USPS, but wound up on the Rapidaddress site. Thinking this was a government site I gave them my VISA card number and the code on the back. They said they would provide an easy change of address. I don't know if they do or not because when I got through, I submitted the information to the proper USPS. The Rapidaddress site is a deceptive site that defrauds people into thinking they are a government site when they are not. I have tried calling there number, but get the same message about leaving name, phone number, Email address, which would just lead to more junk mail in my inbox. The number they gave was: RAPIDADDRESS2678630204 267-8630204 US

Rapid Address Change is trying to pass themselves off as USPS and it isn't until your card is processed that you find out its $49!!!!! and not the USPS. There is no way to reach them. Their contact number simply says no representative is available and they don't return calls. SCAM!!!!!

On 3/31/23 my husbands mom told him to change our address on the website, when we usually just go up there in the past.So my husband gets on this page(rapid address change)thinking he's on the USPS site.when it asked for his card info he was confused BC it didn't say any amount. He thought maybe it will just cost a few $or they need to verify its him BUT SOON as he put in card # then clicked we got text from our bank that we been charged 39.95.we were xx. Knew instantly it was a scam. called the bank said they can't do anything until it's processed then we can dispute. Didnt have time or patience for BS.we call the customer service line which goes to a voicemail that say leave you name, #,email and we'll get back to you.we sure did &demanded a refund right away. I searched if the website was a scam & got this website, saw all the other complaints&they ALL sounded EXACTLY what happened to my husband. The confusion thinking it was USPS and when you searched USPS on goggle that the first website that comes up, is that scam page. Google really needs to fix that!we went back on to the page to figure out what else to do &he saw a request a refund under contact us. We got an email from them saying we would get our refund in 5 - 7 work days. After 30mins from making this mistake and getting all frustrated, we finally got the refund! Thank god!!! but my husband is deff getting a new card! We cancel his immediately after we knew we got screwed over. So to get your refund call them and do leave a message saying u just purchased something u had no clue of much it was going to be so you want to cancel and get a refund. And also click the refund under contact us. Hope this helps getting your money back from a mistake that happened to not only you but a lot of people. Very misleading. I thoughty husband was the biggest IDIOT until I found this website and saw that it happens a lot but no one never got there refund back. Hope this helps! Lots of scammers these days so be careful.
