From the company:

"We, do not accept Chemicals back. Most other items are easily exchanged or refunded. The Equipment and the Test Kits that we sell come directly from the manufacturer. Some manufacturers will charge up to a 25% restocking fee which we pass along to you. We try to use our influence as a volume purchaser to get that wived, but we are not always successful. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS. Sorry, but if it is a custom order almost no one else would want it."
