- We will always work with every customer to make them happy with their purchase. Exchanges are always available. Automobiles are an instantaneous bonifide sale due to the need of registration and insurance. The moment a customer pays us for a vehicle, we give the money to the bank for the title. If some one is unhappy with a vehicle they purchased we will at any time help them resolve the issue and if they can not be satisfied with the situation we will help them with an exchange.
