      I’ve contacted USPS multiple times about a missing package that never got delivered to me, even though the tracking number provided to me showed that the package was delivered weeks ago, I even submitted an order to search for it. All that I’ve got back was an auto generated email saying that it was delivered in my city, no proof of address delivered to or the decency to reach back with an human written email about my case. I’m very disappointed by this experience and the no support or care for their customers.

      DO NOT TRUST USPS!

      A couple of months ago I was notified that I had 2 packages coming that day from USPS. When I got home, there were no packages. It was still early before closing so I called my post office. The guy I spoke to went into the system and about 2 minutes later he said yes the mailman delivered it to the wrong address. He then said he was going to sent the guy back out to try and retrieve the packages and deliver them to me. An hour later I received only one of the packages This was on a Friday. I called again on Monday and talked to the same person and he said he was sending the mailman back. He never got the 2nd package back. It was a value of $24. plus change. I filed a claim with USPS it came back as denied so I appealed it Explaining that it was their employee that lost it. Again denied. A coworker was absolutely right who works in our shipping dept. by saying your never going to see you money! I guess he was right! DO NOT TRUST USPS!!!


      Update: I got an answer on my appeal. No! They decided to rip me off and keep my money! AGAIN, DO NOT Trust USPS!!! If you are making a claim, Expect to get screwed out of it!

      New Update! USPS has "Informed Delivery" It's nice to have But I've also been noticing something. Everyday they email you a picture of each piece of mail coming that day' But with this post office I have had quite a few times where it showed a piece mail coming that day but I don't get it until the next day or the day after that. How do they do this? Because they had it in their hand to take the picture!

      They must have filled all of their opening with DEI hires. My package was delayed a week over 'severe weather' that DID NOT affect my area, then after going back and forth between 2 facilities during that week, they sent it to the wrong city. How lost are people these days. The majority of the work is already done for them and they cant get packages on the correct car to the correct destination. Absolutely pathetic. They need to remove everyone and start fresh with all new employees and management that are competent or just be disbanded all together.

      I have been trying to put in a change of address for over a month now I had problems changing from my previous address in Florida as well when I moved from Boynton Beach FL to Palm Springs FL. That time it my request went through but my mail just wasn't being forwarded, the only way it was corrected was when I put in a compliant, this time Everytime I input my credit card information an error message comes up saying my credit card is invalid, I used two different cards both of them are valid both I use on a daily basis, the amount is for 1.10 and it's only used to identify me. I assure you my cards are valid the message also says they will charge my card for the two attempts that was unsuccessful anyway. I don't know why this is so complicated they need to honor my request and change my address immediately

      USPS continues to say "delivered' the package while I'm at home, but NO package is ever dropped off my property. I have filed 3 claims and work with the seller to resend my packages. USPS should let REMOVEDdo its job! They seriously need restructure!

      The mail person continues to place our deliveries in the OUTBOUND MAILBOX that has an actual USPS sign 9" x 12" on it that states "OUTBOUND MAIL ONLY, NO DELIVERIES" in big bold letters. Our mail person reads it before putting our deliveries in it and locking it up to where we can't get to them. Then it takes almost a week to get a "supervisor" out to unlock it and hand us our packages. Absolutely useless and needs to be fired and get a competent mail person to replace them, but that will never happen at the USPS...

      My Package Has Been Sitting At This USPS Location For Days With No Movement . I Read The Reviews For This Location & Found Out This Has Been Going On For Years , Packages Sitting For 10+ Then Becoming Lost .

      I live in REMOVEDin REMOVEDI have been having persistent problems with the mail carriers putting the wrong mail in my mailbox for years!How do I know theyre not leaving my mail somewhere else?In fact they have! A neighbor has brought my mail that was in her mailbox to me!I placed a very important piece of mail to be sent to the government and the mail carrier left it in the mailbox yesterday I have previously put mail in the mailbox to be mailed out or I have several times put mail in the box to be sent to the right neighbor because they put the wrong persons mail in my box.I have even left NOTES for the mail carrier about what to do with the mail in the box since the flag is broken The flag on my mailbox is broken but I place the mail to be sent out to the government yesterday and I turned it over so the stamp is visible, so the mail carrier can see that it has to be mailed but they put new mail they delivered and left them on top of the letter that needed to be picked up My husband as serious health problems and this mail has to be delivered to the government division for them to make a decision!I would not have taken it to the BBB but I have already made a number of complaints to the USPS about these ongoing repetitive issues with these mail carriers

      Edit Marked fragile! box containing glass jars homemade beets. Originating REMOVEDto REMOVED, REMOVED. Packed with two and 4 inch foam and scrunched paper on the corners. Arrived six days late package opened and rebagged, some foam removed and also re-bagged on the on the outside. Box looked like it was drop kicked. Contents shattered, disabled recipient cut disposing of it. insurance claimed denied due to not sending damaged package to them. I wouldve LOVED to drop that package on your desk!!User's recommendation: Pay your bills send your Christmas cards via Internet. Use REMOVEDUse REMOVEDand REMOVEDex before this happens to you.

      Some of the worst customer service, they have you wait REMOVEDmin in line. Then tell you need need more stuff and make you wait another REMOVEDmin. There is guy saying he is the manger but does not act like one, he is the only one in plan clothing. They even tell us to leave and come back later.
