      I was promised a refund on a return ticket change. Before I knew it, my return flight had been canceled and I had no choice but to purchase another ticket from this terrible company. I was repeatedly told that I would receive a refund for the ticket and only be responsible for the change fee. The agent had one excuse after another, even stating that the refund had been processed. All were lies. I contacted the airline and they had no record of the transaction. All the while I was told to wait until the refund goes through the system. There was no refund and no attempt to send me a refund. This fraud happened in April and is still not resolved. The agent is very convincing but do not be fooled, this is a scam! Do not use this company !!

      An absolute scam. I inadvertently put my wifes maiden name on an ***************** plane ticket and did not notice until we printed the boarding pass. Googled ***************** to get the phone number and stupidly dialed the first sponsored ad that said *****************. Got ************. Spoke with ******* who said they would have to rebook the ticket to change the name and charged my credit card $600. He said that ***************** would be sending me a confirmation number later in the day. Never got it so called *****************. They said the only thing they did was split her off the original ticket with a new record locator still under her maiden name. Also, telling me name changes are free. After hours on the with Orbitz and American (it was around Christmas) they changed the name free of charge. Fortunately, Discover credited our account for non receipt of services.
