    BUYER BEWARE! Fraudulent Company with deceptive business practices!I would give ZERO stars if possible!I am extremely disappointed in the item purchased for the price of $99+ tip. I believed based on their website (which you also cannot leave a rating and I'm sure the ratings listed are deceptive as well) this was going to be a hand-sewn quilt. The order number #VTQ228448. This item looks nothing like the quilt shown on the website. The quilt on the site showed raised or puffy areas where quilted, looked like a beautiful hand-made quilt, definitely worth the cost advertised. What I got instead was a picture printed on material and then machine sewn that looks rather cheap....not to mention the tracking process wasn't accurate - this company is NOT located in ************* despite what is shown on their website. Had I known this was what I was going to get, I would never have purchased, much less for $99 in an economy that is very difficult. I feel betrayed and played. I'm not usually taken so easily so this is not sitting well with me. I've been waiting for weeks for a cheap looking, rather expensive piece of junk! I have logged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for deceptive trade practices.

    The pictures on the website are misleading, because they show stitching around distinct areas of the design, when the actual stitching is uniform all over, like the stitching on a moving blanket. The pillow shams are much more attractive than the bedspread, because it looks like the design was stretched to fit the King size we ordered. It looks out of focus and pixilated. The border at the top of our actual quilt and the lining are flat black; in the ad the border is an attractive ***** ****** pattern. The overall feeling we had after receiving our quilt was like when someone on a dating app posts a very attractive picture, but when you meet them F2F, it's obvious it wasn't accurate.

    Do not waste your money on any of their so called quilts or bedding products Its basically a sheet with another one on the back Their photos are deceiving A moving blanket is better quality Pls do not waste your money Its worth maybe 40 dollars. Seriously Unfortunately I read reviews after I placed order They are banking on people not knowing any better. Pls dont be the next person that regrets it!!!

    Deceptive marketing for cheap products. DO NOT ORDER from VANTIQUE. They over charge for the quality they deliver. The return policy is ridiculous. You will be disappointed and frustrated. Any positive reviews are written by employees because there are so, so many bad reviews. I wish Id read the reviews beforehand. Live and learn.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! TOTAL FRAUD SITE!! Nothing is quilted as shown on their website and they will not accept returns. They don't deserve even 1 star!

    After I ordered I wante a different quilt so emailed Vantique to plead with them to please make adjustment. Weirdly someone emailed immediately back. But stated No I couldn't make any adjustment because of the 2 hour policy. So I checked my time and I had originally emailed 5 hours and 20 minutes after I made my order. So that meant I was 3 hours and 20 minutes to late to make an adjustment.I thought why not. You are not going to make a customer happy over 3 hours and 20 minutes. Well several emails back and forth later they continued to say No. I got frustrated and began checking their company out and discovered the comments here on BBB. I further checked out their address and discover it is bogus. I called the shopping center that they were suppose to be in and the property management confirmed that they are a scam company and they had been reported to the police. I called the police department in **********, ** and they confirmed their illegal activity.On ****, they had another address for their company, it was bogus. I sent them an email stating all my findings about their company and told them I was completely cancelling my order and disputing it with AMEX which I ****** first they stated I could not cancel because of their 2 hour policy.Several emails later after continuing to state they couldn't do this or that, basically no changes could be made because of the 2 hour rule, they completely CANCELLED my order.I think I scared them because of my continual research into who were they, what false sales tactics they were using. Using the false discounts to make me hurry and purchase. Their bogus addresses. Their false claims of caring about me as a *********** is all a scam and I hope this testimony of who they are helps another incident victim like me to NOT fall prey and make a purchase.Bottom line, they did cancel my order and refund because I fought back.This absolutely ALL TRUE.

    Do not order from this company. They don't stand behind the product. It's cheap and we have asked for a return label. They have not sent it. They will not give us a phone number. I have wrote multiple emails. Still nothing. I sent proof of wrong delivery. I hope that whoever reads this... DO NOT...order from them. You can write me back and I will forward all emails so you can see how hard it is to deal with them

    I bought a quilt from this company from their ******** site. The pictures on their site look pretty good. But when I received the quilt, it looked nothing like the picture. You can tell by looking at it. Its cheap Chinese junk. This is deceptive, advertising and consumer fraud.
