I was told about this duplex due to the fact my son and I have been homeless for so long and with my health issues that is not good for me. Endeavors community was working or still is working with Travis County to house the homeless and so I had signed up for the program back in September. I was told about **************** property in November but the people did not move out until December 3 or 4th but all the while ************** was asking for money. Now the first time I went to go see the property it hadnt been painted or cleaned. ************** asked me when I would like to move in and I told him December 15. I stayed up until 230 am killing roaches and I had to be at work at 7. I texted ************** at 230 am and let him know I was up all night killing roaches I didnt bring, I also texted my endeavors supervisor and let her know what was going on. The roaches didnt calm down until Jan 10 and after. In the meantime my toilet had stopped flushing and when I lifted the back of the toilet it was covered in black mold. I had asked them to replace the tub and sink that was covered in scratches of some type that literally looked horrible. None of these things were fixed and a patch in the ceiling over the tub had not been completely fixed. Jan 20 my upstairs neighbors had got into it with strangers, shots were fired and the men shot at I
