      My name is ******* I need to submit a complaint They blocked me over chat it say couldnt load apps try again message error screen say after I complaint to them about a issue with a worker on email I say because I need a $30.50 fee to be waived to $0.00 and the agent told me before I was blocked on chat this Going to our website to try and speak with someone over our online chat isn't going to work. The people who handle the chat come to me when there is an issue since I am the manager and supervisor, and you are already dealing with me. I am telling you once more that if you do not pay the remaining balance of $30.50, we will not send you a filed copy of your documents. This is the last email I am going to send to you unless I see a notification that you have paid your remaining balance due of $30.50. Any additional emails or communication from you other than your payment will be blocked and will not be accepted. Their name was ****** **** I want her or him to be investigated and punishment and maybe fire and to be unblock from chat support live and waive my $30.50 fee now over that that issue I was facing with them now and why I was requesting it to be waived because I told them when I file my documents the prothonotary dont accept me for a filling fee or a copy fee and I told them sometime they dont know what they are doing but the worker didnt want to help me further or send my issue to a supervisor so I am requesting this fee to be waived to $0.00 and keep me update on their investigation action what action was taken against them and send me proof it was waived and send me my filled copy of my document as proof it was filled for free of charge for my issue with the worker though chat and email my order number is #**-3273 etc.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by Mr. ******* ********.

      Mr. ******** placed a ************ order (#**-3273) through our platform. As part of our process, we advanced court filing fees on his behalf to file his documents with the court. The remaining unpaid balance of $30.50 represents these court costs. Our terms, which the customer agreed to at checkout, clearly state that filing and government fees advanced by our company are the clients responsibility.

      Mr. ******** requested that this fee be waived, claiming the court should not have charged it. We explained to him that regardless of his opinion on the courts charges, the court did impose the fee, and we advanced it on his behalf. As such, we cannot absorb or waive the fee.

      As seen in the attached email exchange, our representative, ******, communicated the following points professionally:

      - The $30.50 balance is due before we can release the filed documents.

      - We cannot offer further assistance or continue communication unless payment is received.

      - Repeated abusive or hostile communication will result in limited access to customer service.

      Contrary to Mr. ********* statement, no one was punished, investigated, or fired. Our representative acted professionally and in line with company policy. We reserve the right to end conversations if a client becomes verbally aggressive or refuses to follow standard procedures.

      We are happy to release the filed documents upon receipt of the $30.50 balance. Until then, we are holding the documents as a courtesy.

      Should Mr. ******** choose to remit payment, we will immediately send him the completed and court-stamped documents. Otherwise, the file remains on hold.

      I am rejecting this response because:Please investigate them and punishment and maybe fire them and also refund me for #**-3273 over services issues etc. Update y'all respond is a lie and I told yall worker by email to tell the process server to go back to the court office because the prothonotary office sometime the workers dont know what they are doing or say sometimes or ask for a supervisor because I never have to pay a filling fee or a copy fee with it but the agent didnt want to do it or allow me talk to a supervisor so yall is a liar etc and I never harassed yall workers so lie again yall workers harassed me though by email and I already upload proof etc!

      I hired a process server to serve court papers against defendant and notify the court that service had been completed. It was apparent that the defendant had not been served. this process server knowingly attempted to file proof of service to collect the fee when the defendant had not been served. it was their task to serve notice to the defendant. having skipped a major step of the process; serving notice to the defendant.. this process server claimed that they had attempted to file proof of service and is entitled to keep the fee and that if I want the defendant served I would have to pay both fees all over again. this is not a misunderstanding, this is intentional fraud. if you have legal issues this company will compound your problems and expenses instead of helping you resolve them.

      In an effort to provide complete transparency, I uploaded the full email chain between our customer ********************* and our team at ********************** to the BBB complaint, which clearly shows the service requested by the customer. This documentation unequivocally demonstrates that the customer ordered a court filing service, not a service of process. This distinction is crucial as it appears the root of the issue lies in a misunderstanding of the services provided. Upon our attempt to fulfill this order, it was discovered that the case in question had already been filed, leading to the rejection of our submission. We promptly communicated this to the customer, explaining that the discrepancy was due to their request not matching the required service.

      This incident underscores a specific challenge we face with a minority of pro se clients who opt to navigate legal processes independently, sometimes without fully understanding the complexities involved. While we strive to provide clear, concise guidance based on the instructions given to us, it's important to remember that we are a legal support and process serving company, not a law firm. As such, we do not offer legal advice.

      The expectation for a refund through the Better Business Bureau may not align with the practical outcomes of such a process. The BBB aims to mediate and resolve disputes, not necessarily to facilitate refunds based on misunderstandings of service scope.

      I have dealt with process servers before.  its common sense that the process must be served before notice of process can be filed. this not an oversite; its a methodology used to take payment without providing the service.  its an openly dishonest practice.  its nothing other than thievery.
