    Date of transaction: October 12, 2024.Amount paid: $350 What PrintPire committed to provide to me: 20 shirts with my designs on them. I sent the company 4 different designs to print onto garments. The business has not tried to resolve this issue and I would like a refund. Ive tried reaching out to them via email, text, calls and they are blatantly ignoring the communication as they continue to post on social media. ***************************************I had an extremely disappointing experience with Printpire. I placed an order for DTG printing on Saturday 10/12/24, with the understanding that it would be delivered by Tuesday 10/15/24. Not only did the company scam me out of $350, fail to meet the promised delivery date, but their communication throughout the entire process was abysmal.I reached out multiple times via email, phone, text, etc..to get an update on my order status, and received no response at all, but they continued to post on social media. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for this company, as they made no effort to proactively inform me of any delays or ********* of now, I have still not received my order & had a business photoshoot and did advise the company of this information when asking about the turnaround timeframe. Despite numerous follow-up attempts, I am left in the dark and the company has not responded at all which is highly unprofessional. The owner advised they wanted to build more relationships with local customers and not communicating with your customer and scamming them is not the way to creating the relationship. Overall, I CANNOT & will NOT recommend Printpire to anyone due to their lack of transparency, poor communication, scamming & inability to deliver on their promises.

    I recently ordered (4) custom t-shirts from this company on December ********* have yet to receive my items. I have called multiple times and it sends me straight to a generic voicemail. I have Direct Messaged them via Instagram regarding my order and gotcha rude/ very vague response. I was told that they will get to it when they get to it they will not refund me and have not responded to any messages since.
