Please do not go to this doctor! HIS STAFF MEMBERS JACQUELINE SANTOS TOUCHED ME INNAPROPRIATLY AND JACQULINE AND KATIE L******** THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY WHEN I SCREAMED to the top of my lungs FOR HELP and for them to stop. I told them that they were taking advantage of me in my feeble state. I could not fight back just 3 days after surgery. My experience here was so HORRIFIC. It is very hard to admit when you have been abused, touched and botched. The only reason why I am writing this is because I do not want anyone to experience the hell that I went through. I am still going through it because every time I look in the mirror or I look at my body, I am reminded of the ABUSE, SODOMY, and mistreatment I endured. Date of events 10/7/2020- I reached out to West End Plastic surgery asking for a hip augmentation. I was given a time and date from his patient coordinator Jacqueline (Jackie) that the doctor was going to call me. I did not hear anything. 10/18/2020- I emailed Jaqueline letting her know I still did not hear anything back from anyone. She sent me an email apologizing om 10/19/2020. Of course, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I have a picture of the email she sent apologizing. I finally spoke to DR. PRAFUL R*******. He told me everything I wanted to hear so that he would get my money. 10/26/ 2020. I paid almost 2 months before my surgery which was scheduled Dec 4 @ 1pm just so I could have a piece of mind. 12/4/2020 was my surgery date. Dr. DR. PRAFUL R******* was 90 minutes late. I’ve already paid my money in full and I had no choice but to wait. After my surgery, I was not told by him, how it went or anything. 12/7/2020 was the date the sodomy took place by Jacqueline S*****. I had to come back to the office to change my dressing (faja). My appointment was at 1:25. I arrived they’re at 1:15. The minute Jaqueline saw me; she had an attitude because I was early. Me being in a state of pain, I was so confused. She abruptly handed me the new faja. As I went to sit down to try to put it on myself. Me just having surgery 3 days ago, of course, I was in a tremendous amount of pain I was going very slow. I could barely walk. As I was slowly putting on the faja, I guess it was not fast enough for Jaqueline. She aggressive pushes my hands out of the way, and tries to put on the faja for me. I told her to stop that I was in pain. She touches my vagina and butt and then I proceeded to scream “STOP!” Katie L******** hears me screaming for help and comes in without knocking. She starts to laugh when she sees me screaming for help because I was in so much from pain with tears rolling down my face. She then comes and assist Jackie in forcing the faja on me. With tears in my eyes, I asked Jackie,” Why did you touch me like that” With Katie in the room, she refused to look me in my face. I then asked “Why are you doing this, answer me. This was just too much to process this all at once. I was so vulnerable. I know the difference between someone assisting you and when someone is hurting you, touching you inappropriately and being aggressive. Jaqueline then says “We have other patients!”. I grabbed my things and left. I still did not know what to do and I was just so much to process. You never think that something like this will happen to you. I was so scared to complain in thinking that if I did, Dr. DR. PRAFUL R******* would not help me in the healing process of my surgery and he already had my money. The first thing I wanted to do was go to the police. After the surgery, I could barely walk. All I thought about was the pain it was cause for me to walk to the police station. In addition to the pain, being in a police station would just add more stress to my mind and body. All I was focused on was blocking out all the negativity and healing. The only thing I wanted to do was block out one of the most painful and traumatic experience in my life and heal. I tried my best to block out this horrible experience from my brain. 12/14/ 20 My bandage fell off on the right side of my hip and I started bleeding profusely. I called the office and asked to speak to DR. PRAFUL R******* because I just did not know what to do. I called the office and I spoke to Shavon. Shavon told me to take a photo of me bleeding and send an email to DR. PRAFUL R*******…. I was in disbelief. I begged and pleaded with her that I needed to speak with him. I knew that he was in the office that day. She told he was in with a new patient. I told her nicely “So what about the current patients like me and I need help.” She felt bad and put me on the line with him. He told me that it is something common that happens when the stiches fall off and quickly brushed me off the phone. 12/26/2020 I emailed DR. PRAFUL R******* 3 weeks after my surgery, I just had a gut feeling that something was not right with my left hip. I had the most excruciating pain on the left side. I had pain on both sides but the left side was unbearable. I emailed DR. PRAFUL R******* and he told me to give it more time and brushed me off AGAIN. He said that it takes a 1 year for things to start looking normal. Month after month I went through pain and I listened to him and stayed hopeful. I prayed that my left hip would get better and it just got worse. My left hip just got pointier and pointier. June 2, 2021- I reached back out to Dr DR. PRAFUL R******* FOR THE 5TH TIME I was 6 months post op and sent him pictures that it’s the same problem that I told him I HAD when I was 3 weeks out of surgery. HE FINALLY ADMITTED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND STOPPED GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND. He told me come back into the office so he can fix it! My entire experience, there was never any follow-up, no one called, nothing. I am praying that EVEN IF HE IS THE LAST DR ON THE PLANET, PLEASE DO TO GO TO HIM OR HIS STAFF at West End Plastic Surgery
