5 starsI am OVER THE ***** Thrilled with the services. I did the 2 day expedite process and paid for overnight shipping, and for them to handle the photo needs, etc. I placed the order on a sunday and had to fly to ***** that following friday (less than 5 days total). Shipped the passport off monday morning. They recieved it Tuesday. Got my ********** processed insanely quick, no problems, no delays, no issues, and had it shipped back to me. I asked for the delivery to be changed to the ***** location by the airport, was no problem and I picked my passport and **** up on the way to the airport for check in. Easiest thing to do. 100% worth it with texting availability to the agent. I had no issues with my ***** for China and it was the best experience. 5 starsI needed to get a passport within three weeks before a trip to *****, and after searching online, I found VisaHero. At first, I was very skeptical about using a third-party company since I knew it was possible to expedite a passport through the ****. Still, I decided I didnt want to navigate the process alone.I spoke with Panda Manurung, the operations manager, who clearly explained what VisaHero could do for me. He was confident and reassuring, which gave me the confidence to move forward. I paid the fee, provided my information over the phone, and received step-by-step instructions to follow.When I went to the post office on a Saturday, the agent there had never heard of a company offering this kind of service. I called Panda right from the **** location, and he immediately answered and addressed all of the agents questions ***************** my surprise, my passport arrived in the mail within just six days.
