              I'm going on an international trip soon and was attempting to obtain an EVisa online in order to skip the wait at customs and border upon my arrival in a different country. ************** ( g3 global services) required me to email a picture of my entire passport and personal information. They asked me to provide information of my hotel, address and complete information about my stay. I was then asked to pay $45.00 USD for my visa which I did via my debit card. My best friend and I are traveling together so she did the same thing. We both received emails requesting different "processing fees" sums and the "agency" was just making up prices and rates as they went. I feel uncomfortable knowing someone has my personal ID information. I have attempted to contact them,customer service or any provided number does not work. Currently disputing this with my bank as well. Please help me figure out what's going on and getting my money back. This seems illegal and is an invasion to my privacy.

              Taking a trip to Canada with my wife on Saturday, realized my passport was expired on Monday. I called G3 and sent my renewal application, old passport, and letter of authorization to their office in Miami. Rebeca P****** and her team got my application submitted, approved and a new passport back to me in Virginia by Friday afternoon. I realize this might not be the case for everyone, but getting a passport renewal in 5 days is a miracle. Can’t thank G3 enough for their professional and expedient service.
