Please do not buy from the place. The clothes are cheaply made. I requested a return as soon as I received the swimsuit I requested a return via their chat. The bottoms as so thin you can see through them. The top was another disaster. I asked for a return immediately and ordered elsewhere. They said the would send me the label to return. I never received and reached out to them several times only to be denied stating now I was over my 30days. Which when I first requested I wasn't.. I sent them everything they asked for ticket number, proof of request and they still wont send me the label or let me return it. You cant even speak directly to them only via chat. I can only imagine where the call is going. Horrible all the way around.Review from Sharon S.

I ordered a bathing suit from them on April 5. When it didn't come a month later, I text them, they said to give them 2 more weeks!! I said no, that was not acceptable, that they had charge my credit card on April 5, but not sent out an order yet. I said I didn't want it and that I turned them over to my credit card company for fraud. Wanted to know how they could charge me for something that was never sent!!!!!!Review from Tammy L

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCT. Beware buyers. They will send you one item and charge you an astronomical price for the one item, the tell you everything else is out of stock. YOU WILL PLAY HELL getting your money back. BEWARE.Review from Rhonda P.

Placed an order with Rotita online March 4 2022 and I haven't received my product. I chatted with 2 service reps (Clara) on 3/28/22 and (Aarna) on 4/5/22 who assured me they would put a rush on this order. Have been in constant contact by email and they keep giving me the runaround. Their excuse was couldn't ship due to Mother's day sale then another email saying it was due to Covid. They have had my money since March 5 2022 but I would like my merchandise and an apology from the CEO of Rotita. I think the CEO needs to know how business is being conducted. Got the latest email today saying "I hope you can wait a few more days". This is getting absurd and need help getting answers as to why they won't ship my order that they say they have it. I have been very patient and they are playing games.Review from Tapestry H

I ordered $148 worth of merchandise. ALL OF IT is terrible quality and workmanship! - Stitching is loose or broken - Fabric is flimsy and in some cases see-through - Sizing is not at all accurate - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE! I am still awaiting resolution. - Finally, even though I unsubscribed THREE TIMES, I am still being bombarded by emails from them.Review from jerylan z

The clothes look nice in pictures and some really fit nice. The problem is if a shirt is damaged or size issue they charge 9.99 to send it back. Even if it is damaged. I have received a few shirts I really like.. The pictures are not accurate, some material is cheap. If not for the return issue I would purchase more.
