    On May 28th I ordered some hair curlers from Wrapcurl on the website :*********************************** Order #****. I paid $94.50 total. They also have products for sale on ******, and they use an app (****************) to process tracking and keeping track of the ******************* I paid with my card using ***** pay. Immediately after ordering I realized my old mailing address was tied to my card on ***** pay. I immediately reached out the to the company via email with my order number asking that they mail my products to my billing address which was on my order receipt (I also put in a new mail forwarding address with the post office in case they still shipped to my old address). The email was kicked back as undeliverable. I then sent several more emails... all kicked back undeliverable. I found a phone number on their website, and I called that, and it went straight to a voicemail saying the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. I then sent a text and received no response. I then messaged their business pages on ** and **. No response. I've tried to reach out to this company numerous times and received no response. It also shows that my order never shipped. It is just sitting in the Shop App as pending (the third party they use for shipment) it shows it as having been placed but it is not showing that it ever shipped. This Shop App is the only way I can check on my order. I would still like the products (delivered to my correct address- my billing address). If they cannot get me the products I ordered, then I would like a refund. Summary: I placed an order on May 28th, 2023, have not received my order, it shows it never shipped, I can only access info regarding my order via a third-party app & I am not getting a response from the business. Their contact info is invalid. I need to update my shipping address with them if in fact they are still in business. They have an active website and I still get spam email from this business.
