              On May 11, 2023, my ***** ***** bank account had a charge of $128.40 for WAPO.com. I had contacted and spoke to someone early in 2022 to cancel my subscription which I was being charged monthly for. Now, months later, the Washington Post is taking $128.40 from me WITHOUT APPROVAL! This is simply theft! I do not want anything ever to do with them again and I demand a full refund immediately.

              Very disappointed with the pricing for the home delivery for the Washington Post. Currently for every day home delivery, I am paying $134/8 weeks. That adds up to $871 for 52 weeks. My subscription is up for renewal. I went online to see the current pricing. The pricing online is Daily Newspaper - 1 year = $416 and Sunday Newspaper - 1 year = $104. This totals $520/ 52 weeks. That is a savings of $351/year. No where on the website, does it state that the pricing is for NEW subscribers. When corresponding with the WP support, they said the pricing online is only for new customers and it the policy. As a long time & loyal customer, I get to pay $351/year more than a new customer. I am not allowed to cancel and start new. I am a senior citizen on a limited budget and I don't use the online access that they force you to pay for as well. Buyer beware as after the promo pricing they will lock you into a HUGE fee for a paper. What happens to customer loyalty?? (I will say our delivery person does a great job. Just sad that people are getting lied to from a "NEWSWORTHY" source!)
