      To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally file a complaint against Upside Services, a company partnered with ********* to provide shoppers with benefits such as cashback on gas purchases made at participating locations.Despite following all required guidelines and properly registering my card on file, Upside has continuously delayed my payouts for eight (8) qualifying transactions. Each time I reach out to their customer service for assistance, I receive generic responses with guidelines that I have already followed multiple times. These responses do not address or resolve the issue, and no further investigation appears to be conducted on their end.This ongoing delay has caused unnecessary frustration, and I am disappointed by the lack of proper customer support and accountability. I am requesting that this matter be formally investigated and that I be compensated for the unpaid cashback owed to me.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

      Upside app gives consumers money back when they purchase gas through companies that partner with the app. Upside offers bonuses if you have so many purchases in a month. Every month, the company upside services **** makes it to where all of your purchases for that month dont count. Due to them not being able to locate the purchase and or not processing the purchase in the allotted time of that bonus month. The past two months I have purposely made enough purchases to qualify for the monthly bonuses. Both months June and July 2025 I was turned down for the bonus because they did not process the purchase in time, even though the purchases were made in the allotted time that the app tells you is left to receive the bonus. I dont think its fair that a company can advertise something. Then the consumer do exactly that and then the company just wait to process so they dont have to pay the bonus money for that month. I had added an image to show the monthly bonus and the purchase from July that was made just like every other purchase in July still processing August 5. And theyve already added one purchase to the month of August as seen in the picture yet I have not made a purchase in August.

      I made an account with Upside, in order to receive money back from fuel purchases. After an initial purchase AND having friends join during a referral special, Upside informed me my account was locked. I believe they have done this, solely to not have to pay out the money I made. I have never made any accounts, and fully complied with all their rules.
