    I placed an online order for a bottle of Noire Expedition American Gin on 4 July 2024, and paid $25.00 shipping. I chose to not pay an additional $2.01 shipping insurance because it is not required. This is a stealth price increase that is becoming more common in online sales, and it is infuriating. I was already paying a shipping charge in excess of 50% the cost of the merchandise. The seller is obligated to provide goods and/or services in exchange for payment.The shipment progressed through the *** Ground system and was scheduled to be delivered to my residence on 19 July 2024, but it stopped progressing beyond the ************, ** distribution center on 18 July 2024. This was the same day as the nationwide ********* outage. The package has become lost.I contacted Liquor Express via email on 26 July 2024 to inform them the package was lost (an apparent victim of the ********* outage), and requested that they start a claim with *** to locate the package and have it delivered to me. They refused because I rejected the additional charge for shipping insurance. I pointed out their legal obligation, but they have been intractable in their refusal.I paid $25.00 shipping (plus the cost of the merchandise), and they refuse to lift a finger because I didn't agree to pay $2.01 for unnecessary shipping insurance. Due to their reprehensible behavior, I request a full refund of all monies paid.

    I placed an order on 9/16/2024 for two bottles o f Ukrainian ******. My card was charged that day for the order. I received notification the next day 9/17/2024 from *** the package was expected to be delivered the following day. On 9/18/2024 I received notice from *** the delivery was being rescheduled and no new delivery date had been provided. I have checked the tracking number daily and it still shows that *** has NOT received the package. I tried emailing the store on 9/19/2024 and was told they needed to check with their shipping department. I emailed again today because I have NOT received any further response. Either the product I ordered in good faith and have already paid for needs to be delivered or the full amount I was billed needs to be refunded.

    Ordered product and it has been 5 weeks they charged a flat ***** to ship. Product never received .l have received several emails from **** and now ******** that they are working on it but still remains unresolved. I requested either the confirmation of tracking number or a complete refund. Insurance has been charged as well. Thank you.

    I placed an order and after 9 days they didn't ship it. They will not provide information or help me over the phone and instruct me to email them... then refuse to reply to emails, they will not issue refund.They took $260, provided a receipt but no product and no communication.They are scamming people and need to be shut down.***************************** formerly known as modernliqour.com is a scam.
