  In 2020, I went to Capitol Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers in ** during what I now understand was a temporary reaction to COVID exposure. Like many others I knew at the time, I was dealing with sinus pressure and congestion but it was an isolated episode, not chronic sinus disease.Instead of taking time to evaluate whether this was something that would pass, they quickly recommended Balloon Sinuplasty. I was vulnerable, overwhelmed, and put my trust in their recommendation. I now realize the procedure was unnecessary.Since the surgery, Ive been left with permanent congestion that affects my ability to sleep, function, and show up fully in my life and work. Ive followed every post-op treatment they gave me with no results Afrin is the only thing that gives me relief.They saw someone who didnt know better and rushed me into surgery when a watch-and-wait approach may have been more responsible. Im sharing this so others arent pressured into procedures that might do more harm than good.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at Capitol Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers. My visit felt more like a sales pitch for unnecessary procedures than a genuine medical consultation. They aggressively pushed for invasive surgeries like septoplasty, which seemed completely unwarranted for my situation.Instead of exploring less invasive treatment options, the staff recommended costly scopes and CT scans that only exaggerated my condition. These tests are not only expensive but also seemed to serve as a means to justify unnecessary surgeries.It felt as though their primary interest was in profits rather than patient care. I left feeling scammed and overwhelmed. I would advise seeking a second opinion before committing to any procedures here. There are plenty of providers who prioritize effective, conservative treatments over invasive interventions.
