On Nov 18, I went to W&R. Had been to W&R three previous times. I made the res for 10:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. in the 40-person party room. Upon arrival, I signed the bill for the 2-hour rental, which was $338. We were taken to our room at 10:39. Around 12:50, no one had come to our room to tell us that our time was up and that we either had to leave or we could charge the card on file for another hour. At this time, I left and a small group from our party stayed. Every other time I have been to W&R, an employee always came to notify us that our time had expired or to obtain authorization for the credit card to be charged again. On Nov 19, I realized I left my credit card with the check-in desk and returned to pick it up. I was presented with an extra $169 bill for a 3rd hour. I told the check-in desk that I had only reserved the room for two hours, and that when I left (shortly after our time normally would have expired), no one had said anything to us about leaving/having another hour charged. I explained this, but signed the bill, as I assumed maybe a different person in our group authorized my card. The next day, I checked with every single person in my party, & no one had authorized the 3rd hour. Every other time I've been, an employee told us our time expired, or asked for authorization before charging the card again. I called to request a refund for the 3rd hour on Nov 22. I left the info with a worker, who said a manager would contact me. By Nov 30, I still had not been contacted by a manager, so I called again and an employee said the manager was not there but would call me back. 20 min later, I received a call from a different employee, who was in charge of my room on that night. He said that he had spoken to the manager, who would not complete the refund request. He said another person charged my card, but after I said a couple of times that wasn't true, he admitted it was his fault. Have emailed twice in last 5 weeks for refund, no response from management
