    I have tried to cancel the subscription before with them. The company charged me again and within minutes of them charging me, I proceeded to cancel the subscription again. I reached out to customer service and was told that there are no refunds. I decided to cancel last quarter as there isn't any reasonable benefit to their product/service and was dismayed that I was charged again. The representative stated via email that I must not have completed their 3 step cancellation process and that I should do the cancellation on my desktop, and not my cellphone. I informed the rep that customers should not have to navigate and inherit an unreasonable burden when it comes to their cancellation process. The response is as follows:"There are 3 stages when canceling a subscription from your account. You may have missed the last step where a pop-up message appears on your screen asking you to confirm the cancelation. To prevent this from happening again, I suggest logging in to your computer as it has a bigger screen rather a mobile phone when processing the cancelation. You may follow the instructions I sent in my previous reply to not miss any of the procedures. Hopefully, this helps clarify but please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you."

    I was told about this service that I would receive a credit limit of $12,000 reported on my business credit account so it would improve my new business credit account. And this is what they advertise but after paying $149.00 monthly for about a year I never saw my business credit account show this advertised business line of credit, or anything at all. I contacted support many times to ask why it hasn't popped up but they said it could take up to 3 months after the first payments but to no avail. It has been since early 2022 and I still haven't seen anything I have canceled after a year of using their service. I cannot recommend their service until I see this credit account appear on my business credit report as they advertised. But at this point I would like a refund for their falsely advertised "$12,000 credit limit reported to my business credit account"
